I had to wash the bed blakets, they where dirty. Had the old body smell
I would have the cleaning staff to wash the bedding .ore often.

Entry door handle was very loose and looked like it had been that way for a while. The chain that you use to lock the door from the inside was broken.
It was obvious that housekeeping was not cleaning under any of the furniture because dust was gathered under it in the living area and master bedroom.
There was trash and a condom behind the nightstand in the master bedroom.
I found the condom (unused) on our last day. I let the office know this just before we checked out. All that was said was, if you would have let us know we would have had housekeeping clean it again. I suggested that one of the managers with Bender to come take a look at the condition but it was not even acknowledged.
As we were loading our vehicle we were locked out an hour early. Maybe the system had not been updated in October when the time changed. It took about 15 minutes on the phone with the office while standing out on the balcony in the cold wind in November to get another code to get back in.
We have stayed many times in the past with Bender in Crystal Shores and Crystal Shores West. We have had other minor problems but this was the worst time. -

We really liked the condo- great view & nice balcony------ except for the queen bed in bedroom #2. The mattress had a bad dip in it making sleep terrible. It creaked & groaned every time up would roll over. This was especially bad since you want to enjoy a good night's sleep on vacation& are paying for the night at the condo.

Beautiful condo in a great location. Will definitely be back next year! This was our first trip to Gulf Shores and we loved it. The one suggestion we have is to have a list of restaurant recommendations in the condo.
