Spacious beach front condo with all you'll need for your Summer vacation! Three bedrooms, one w/2 queen beds, one w/king, & one w/2 twin beds. Three full baths! Linens provided...just bring your beach towels. Full size washer & dryer in unit. View beach & pool from both the living room & the front bedroom! Our condo is on the first floor of a seven story building accessed by stairs or elevator. Low density, two units per floor. Ground level has pool, charcoal BBQ grills & picnic tables. Utilize the fully equipped kitchen or eat out at the many local places nearby. NOTE: At least one person in the party must be 25 or older.

Communication with the owners of the property was so easy. They responded promptly with the availability and to all of my questions. The amount of space in the condo could easily accommodate a group of 10, we only had 6. It was very clean and quite. The kitchen was well stocked for the nights we stayed in and cooked, but due to its great location near the gulf shores "hot spots", going out to eat was tempting. We even walked along the beach to The Hang Out. Overall, I only have positive things to say about our stay. Every thing was clean, well stocked,the beach was not too crowded. Great for a family vacation or a group of friends.
