Royal Palms - Unit 1302 PENTHOUSE P-1 FLOOR - 1 Bedroom and 2 FULL BATHS. The unit sleeps up to 6. Bedroom has a King size bed. Royal Palms is a low density building with only 12 floors and two penthouse floors. We are the last gulf front complex before the State Park. In our opinion we have the perfect location in the building for a one Bedroom with a sheltered doorway and away from everyone. Watchful and attentive security guard onsite fulltime during season and nightly off season. The unit has new tile with rugs. The complex has covered and non-covered parking with two elevators. The complex has a indoor heated pool, an outdoor larger pool..., indoor hot tub, sanua and steam room and a new shower/rinse area at the boardwalk to the beach. Amazing panoramic views East and West . Great site seeing or fishing pier, 10 minute beach walk.

Our unit is clean, comfortable, well furnished, and owner visited several times a year with cleaning and concierge services from a local family owned and operated company. The unit has NEW LR sleeper sofa and chair. There is plenty of room in the living room for a full size air mattress if you prefer to bring your own. The unit's kitchen is fully stocked (except for food) with new stainless steel pots and pans and professional grade skillets. The kitchen has all NEW appliances including dishwasher, fridge, stove, and microwave. Light blocking draperies in LR and BR. BR window is also tinted. The unit also received NEW flat screen TV and LR furniture in December 2009.

With this unit, you will call the owner directly and not deal with a rental agency. If you have any questions, we will answer them for you. We believe in providing a simple, clean, comfortable and affordable stay at the beach. We do ask for an emergency contact. Refundable security deposit is required of first time renters only.

There is a king-size master bedroom with private bath, a queen-size sleeper sofa and bunk beds. Great deck and furniture. Enjoy and come again.

Royal Palms has always been one of my favorite condo complex. It is also a favorite for many of the guests who elect to return year after year. Unit 1302 had a 50%+ repeat history of guest re-booking after their intial visit. The deck is great and has a wonderful unobstructed view to the east due to the State Park and a great view to the West for sunset watching . You will love this location. There is nothing but 3 miles of beach to your East. We have approxiamtely 50% of our guest who return for another visit and several who return evey year. We supply you with all your beach necessities (chairs, towels, cooler, umbrella, sun screen). You will not have to buy or pack those items.
