Welcome to Blue Atlantis!

Recently updated gulf front vacation home - accommodates up to 16, wedding friendly* too. Renovated upper balcony decking (May'17). Recently replaced High Capacity refrigerator installed in the kitchen. Recently replaced outdoor stairs and outdoor shower with platform and updated entrance landscaping, too! Please note there is a security camera located on the entrance door & exterior deck stairs.

Hi Speed WIFI with Premium Gaming Ready Router!! Great for the kids with gaming systems! Top of the line high speed router and modem too. 80 inch Media Room TV is Smart, so you can watch Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc with your account! Every bedroom now with Smart TV's too (including new 42" wall mounted Smart TV in bunk room for kids, movies, gaming!). TV programming is provided by HULU, with local channels available with ESPN+ and Disney+ also provided!

Blue Atlantis is an elegant, 6BR/5BA, beach front home located along the beautiful Alabama gulf coast. There are 4 master bedrooms -- 2 on each floor (new mattresses in all 4 master bedrooms added Nov 2023). . Enjoy the views of the sugar white sand and sparkling gulf waters from one of three private balconies. The main floor balcony is very spacious and runs along the length of the home. The upper floor balconies can be accessed from the media room and both master bedrooms. Two bathrooms have jetted tubs.

This fully equipped vacation home includes a gourmet kitchen with gas chef's stove! Boasting two stainless steel D/W, double oven, ice maker, large wine coolers, and modern appliances. There is a 55" LED HDTV with Roku in the Kitchen. Custom Granite Kitchen Table sits up to 12 people with additional seating at the adjacent bar.

Sound system runs throughout the entire house into every room, with controls in each room to adjust the sound. BLUETOOTH Capable (recent addition) + AUX input that can play through stereo system in house, separately in every room. Amenities also include stereo w/CD, 8 TVs(6 Large Smart Flat Screen), HD Direct TV in Master Bedrooms(4), Blueray DVD players.

80" SMART LED HDTV Flat Screen in mediaroom! Awesome for Sporting Events, Movies & Gaming. Adjust the media room blackout curtains by the provided remote control. Second wine cooler and full size washer/dryer located upstairs.

Main floor fully tiled with Italian tile in this 5,000+ sq ft home. Baby Grand Piano in the Formal Dining Area. Parking for 4-6 cars; BBQ grill on premise. Fire place operating instructions are only given during seasonal weather.

*All events must be approved prior to reserving; hosting an unapproved, unauthorized wedding/event will incur a non-refundable $500.00 fine and eviction as defined in the Rental Agreement.

We have stayed in this house many times. The house and beach are beautiful. Things are always very nice and we always have a great stay.
