New 55 inch UHD SMART TV in Living Room, and a 50 inch UHD SMART TV wall mounted in loft bedroom. Now see NETFLIX, HULU, Amazon Prime, etc with your own account! BRAND NEW KITCHEN. The kitchen has been completely renovated; new cabinets, appliances, gorgeous counters, and backsplash! New Washer/Dryer installed Oct 2021.

3BR/3.5BA beach front home has 2 balconies, one on the main level and the second off of the master bedroom, both overlooking the beach and gulf. Staircase from the deck leads down to the white sand beach.

The master bedroom includes a recently upgraded king mattress for ultimate comfort and relaxation.

Response from the manager We did investigate and noted to the guest we'd be back to them, but they filed this regardless, after noting they'd leave a terrible review if we did not give them money. As expected, the critter was a palmetto bug, and it likely walked in from an open door, not an issue anyone could correct or anticipate. This is common during our heat wave, as these are large bugs trying to get into the cool unit from an open door, as they hang out by the beach. No issues of cleaning were mentioned. We will always address any issue for any guest at any time, but we weren't notified of anything until after the guest had left the following day. No issues were found with the unit, and the palmetto was simply removed. Renovated, popular, 5-star gulf front townhome.
