We have been staying at this unit for 5 years now. We met a wonderful group of people that all go at this same time every year. It's become a little vacation family! It's nice to walk into this well cared for unit each year and know what's there. It's a safe environment and we don't worry about our kids or our belongings. The beach is great and is close. Gulfside Townhomes is taken care of, clean, and just the right size! Anchor Vacations does a great job with our vacation every year!

This was a great townhome. It had enough space for our large family. I loved being able to park under the townhome and not having to walk all the children, lugguge, etc. across a parking lot and up an elevator. It was very close to the pool and beach. The only downside was that the air conditioner was not working when we arrived at 7:15 PM. We called the emergency number and left a message, but did not get any response. I had to call again the next morning and it was about 3:00 PM before we had air conditioning.
