In my opinion, the Sandpiper is the best place to stay in Gulf Shores. This was our first time in 10c and it was very nice. The only thing I noticed was the dryer took too long drying clothes, but other than that it was perfect! Feels like home!

This was our second year in Gulf Shores and first time at the SandPiper, 100% better than where we stay last year, Our unit was update and complete remodel. We used the pool a couple days sat on the Gulf white sand beach the other days, and as usual it was a great vacation. The Bender staff was very accomodating, and the new number codes door lock was great, no keys to loose or key cards..... Hope to have many more!!!!!!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Sandpiper. We had stayed here a few years ago and like it so much, we came back. We enjoy the small lodging with only 3 floors, rather than the high rises. It is great for kids since all of the rooms surround the pool area.
Unit 10C is great since it was recently redone. Some of the units are a bit outdated, but still nice. This one was really good, though the TVs are a little small in the bedrooms. Great city, excellent place to stay. I definitely suggest the Sandpiper. There is not many places like it left. -

Everything was very nice and clean as always. My family has been coming to this complex since the late 80's and we always recommend people to stay at Sandpiper. This year the unit we was very nice with updates in every room and felt cozy like home! Love it!

Favorite thing about the renovation was the fact that there is now a keypad on the door. Trying to keep the condo locked with 6 people and 2keys is impossible. Seemed to be a rougher crowd this year...15 year olds were openly walking around with beers in hand and dropping the F bomb all the time

everything went smoothly from check in to the condition of the room. only issue that ever arose ws the elevator broke down several times during the week. We will return again soon

While remodeling our condo at the sandpiper we stayed in another. It was fairly clean and well kept. There were dirty dishes on sink upon arrival but everything else was clean.

Very updated condo seconds from the ocean. Amenities were fantastic including 47" flat panel TV hanging on the wall in Living Room, granite counters in fully stocked kitchen, all new furniture and carpeting; a truly beautiful place to stay in the Gulf
Shores. Also loved the BBQ area in the common courtyard. My family and I will definitely return! Highly Recommended! -

Kitchen utensils very sparse. Very little pots and pans. Housekeeping should check some appliances. The stove would not work when we arrived and had to reset the breakers to cook. Also there were no chairs outside the door. Do not know if someone removed them or not, another item for housekeeping to identify or someone else.

This condo sold 06/01/11 and the new owner has completely remodeled. Granite counters, new cabinets, new appliances, new furniture, and the unit looks great!

The complex is great and has an excellent layout that is conducive for multiple families to vacation together, especially with kids. Condo 10C is in need of some updating and general maintenance attention which is not indicative of the other units we or our friends have stayed in.

This was my family's first time to Gulf Shores and had heard about Sandpiper from a friend. We found the property to be very family-friendly and had a fabulous week. It was close to local areas of interest, and we had everything we needed right at the condo. I would definately recommend this property to others for a great time in Gulf Shores!
