We have been vacationing in Gulf Beach for the past 20+ years. Ninety-nine percent of the time, we have rented from Youngs Suncoast Vacation Rentals. We have always had very good luck, and if there was an issue, Young's took care of it as soon as possible. The condo at Ocean House is fantastic. The view is amazing and the location is convenient to anything we cared to do. We like the layout of the condo and the amenities that come with it. We do plan to continue this tradition of spending a week each May in Gulf Shores.

My wife my children in myself had an excellent time at this condo in Gulf Shores alabama. The view from the deck was beautiful we had a great experience the beach did have quite a few shells in the sand which made it a little hard walking but i believe it had to do with the prior storm. Iwould definitely do it again.

The unit was ok, but we have stayed in nicer. There were 3 blender-non worked! The TV cable in guest room--needs fixed. I washed the comforters as soon as we arrived, the dryer took 4 to 5 cycles to dry these (which I'm sure means the cleaning people have not washed in awhile!) On a good noted, The furniture and decor were Nice!

Our stay in Gulf Shores was nice. We did like the Ocean House and this condo, but there were some unacceptable things that should have been seen about before we rented it. Sofa Bed, unusable (broken), Eye on stove not working, microwave broken, coffee maker broken - they sent someone to fix them but they didn't get fixed. The place was clean, pretty, and pool great. Access to the beach was perfect. I'd come back if things were fixed.

The unit itself is nice, but needs a thorough cleaning. Most of the floor dirt had been moved to the corners. Many of the dishes, silverware, cookware had food on them and had to be washed before using. Very disconcerting to see what someone else was eating before us. The master bath's tub needs refinishing or replacing. The location of the unit was fabulous...great view. The people at Suncoast were easy to talk with and felt that they validating our complaints...very courteous. I would not let these issues keep us from returning...just thought they needed someone's attention. Thank You.

This was the best place we have ever stayed at so far it was well upgraded and very comfortable I would highly recomend this place to everyone I know that likes to vacation at the gulf it is a beatiful view and just very nice. Thank You very much Young Suncoast.

I found this condo and the whole experiene to be wonderful. There were absolutely no hassles involved in renting this or staying there. It was so easy. The accomodations were beautiful and comfortable. The location was convenient to the beach and the view couldn't have been better. This was our first visit to Gulf Shores and it couldn't have gone more smoothly. We had a wonderful time and just loved everything. We are already talking about renting this same unit next summer.

This was the first time I've stayed at this location.Very nice condo and loved the decor and the lively colors all throughout the condo.Very nice on site manager. We had a problem with a loud party next door to us the first night and I complained to the manager the next day.He took care of it for us and the rest of our stay was very pleasant. Would stay here again.Very reasonable prices also.

I absolutely loved this condo. Perfect location, and great interior
design! The only thing I think could have been better was the bedding.
I would have liked cleaner sheets, but that didn't take away from the
condominiums charm!! Loved this vacation!!!!!! -

Clean, well kept. Beautiful view- great location. Ok kitchen supplies. Negatives: Didn't have any cleaning products and we ran out of toilet paper by the end of the week.

I am from Ms and my cousin from Ct. Each summer we get together for a wk of total relaxation and fun in the sun. The condo where we stay sets the tone for the rest of the vacation.We found this past summer the best of all. The condo was decorated in beach decor. The furniture was actually very comfortable. We have stayed in places that weren't so comfy!
This was by far the best condo we have experienced.
Everything was perfect from the view to the ice maker that kept on making the cubes. The dishwasher gave us a problem. I called the number provided for service and when we returned from a morning of sun and relaxation on the, presto..........we were back in business. The dishwasher was working and the card on the counter told us that the repair man had been there.
To sum it all up we had a fantastic vacation in an extremely comfortable and beautifully decorated condo.

Great experience. The condo was the way to go. Clean and well kept. The coffee maker went out and we had a replacement within an hour. I would recommend this condo and plan on staying here again next year for a full week. My daughter loved having her own room. The beds were super comfy and the big screen TV was nice. We really enjoyed drinking coffee on the patio. We also ate out on the patio in the morning. The veiw was great. The pool was fun but we spent most of out time on the beach which is right out the back of the building. The rental was very reasonable. With a full kitchen you make up any extra cost from the money you save from eating out. We are looking foward to next year!!

We spent six wonderful nights at Ocean House in Gulf Shores. We stayed in unit 1904 and it was AMAZING! Our children loved the atmosphere and the HUGE TV in the living area. Everything we needed was right at our fingertips. The swimming pool was AWESOME! We felt very safe and comfortable. The price was excellent. We highly recommend this particular unit for anyone looking to get away with or without kids. This is the kind of place you would go again and again.....no need to look elsewhere, OCEAN HOUSE UNIT 1904 HAS IT ALL!
