This unit was located in a great spot, but the unit was poorly maintained. Curtains hanging by only one end, shower curtains hanging poorly, caulking around tubs was old, cracked & blackened.

We are group of 30 (public) middle school teachers. We make our beach trip every year at the beginning of summer break. This is our place to stay. It is beautiful and relaxing. Everyone is very nice during reservations and the condos are amazing.

We enjoyed our stay. The decor was nice... large patio. Very spacious and clean... 3 bathrooms a plus.only concern was tv's a little outdated.

This place is one of the best places I have ever stayed. I will stay there again the next time we are in gulf shores. The view was beautiful from the balcony, the beach was beautiful and clean. The people there were very friendly. I would recommend San Carlos condos to everybody I know.

I have stayed in some nice places butthe San Carlos was by far the cream of the crop. I have been telling everybody i know to go and check it out. My family was more impressed that i was.

We normally travel to Gulf Shores at least once a year and split the cost of renting with friends. We have stayed at various different properties in the Gulf Shores area, but this by far was the nicest we have ever rented. We loved being on the 15th floor and the view was phenomenal. The condo itself was tastefully decorated and brand new, so no complaints at all. I personally didn't like staying in such as large property and so close to the ever popular Sea and Suds, but otherwise we had a terrific stay. If you don't mind spending a little extra, I would highly recommend San Carlos.
