With the exception on the dryer taking 2 1/2 hours to dry a load of clothes and the the carpet needing a good vacuum we have no complaints at all. The condo was very well furnished and in an excellent area. The balcony at night is to die for! The sound of the waves and cool breeze are so relaxing. Only a few steps away from the beach or pool. We have found our spot for future family vacations.

This was our first trip to gulf shores, and it was great .. We have every intention of coming back and using bender realty again. They where awesome!! Thank you again for all the hospitality..the hinge on the door to the pots and pans was broke and its probably time to give the floors a good scrub, but other then that we where very pleased..

We enjoyed our stay and our condo was very clean. My only complaints were that the dryer would have to run thru at least two cycles to dry our clothes and there was no wifi. Overall the room was very nice.

Great place to stay and close to everything, not to mention the great deck furniture, however there is a chronic problem: the dryer doesn't work well at all. This isn't a huge problem, but a constant aggravation. This close to the ocean and pool, one goes through lots of towels. It takes forever (plus a few additional hours) to dry anything. It's not like it hasn't been reported (for one, see the comments in the guest book on the coffee table); this has been a constant comment from others for the past several years, yet the problem still exists. Fix or replace the dryer.

The condo was comfortable, but if we had more than two people, everyone would have been taking cold showers daily, as we ran out of hot water during each of our showers. We quickly learned to schedule any washing or dishwasher use way in advance of shower time. In addition, neither of us could shower one after the other. Other than the lack of hot water, the visit was nice. The unit was comfortable and everyone on the property was very friendly, and the location to the beach was great!

We were very happy with the amenities - the complete kitchen, the furnishings and linens, the overall feeling of cleanliness. Our only disappointment was not being able to access the internet as advertised BUT that turned out to be a good thing!!!

A company charging such a high cleaning fee in addition to rental charges surely should not expect th guest to clean dishes themselves! When we questioned being credited for this fee since we had to clean upon arrival and departure, nothing was done to compensate us. We had no hot water for the first two days of our stay and the DVD player in bedroom did not work. At the end of our stay we asked to extend for additional nights but were told our condo was booked and if we moved to another available condo we would have to pay another large cleaning fee, even though we cleaned our previous condo TWICE on our own. Obviously we chose not to stay with Bender because of this. We moved into a condo managed by one of your competitors and not only did they have a much smaller cleaning charge, but the condo was spotless when we arrived and we were not expected to clean anything ourselves before we left (which is how it should be when you are paying the property manager to clean!) We enjoyed the condo itself but would not rent from Bender again simply because of their terrible customer service.

We just want to thank the whole Bender Realty staff for a great beach vacation. Unit 213 was wonderful, and the Gulf Village property was well maintained. All of the Bender staff is so friendly, and accommodating. When we needed to arrive after 5pm, your staff made picking up the key very easy. We already cannot wait until our next visit. We called day of check in about cleanliness issues. Kit. rug so dirty I would not stand on it. Carpeting /floors dirty . Toilet seats loose lamps broken bed post broken. Never saw maint. or rug come back clean.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. I knew from a friend who also stayed at the same location, that you were having trouble with your elevator, and it worked only spordically throughout the visit. Also I would recommend that the sliding glass door windows be properly cleaned both inside and out after each visit. It is just unsightly to see hand prints and dirt on those windows when you arrive. Also the sink in the master bath room was not draining well at all. But other than those things, we truly enjoyed our stay. Your office staff is very friendly and helpful. We will definitely return next year.

We have stayed in GV 213 for approx. 7 years now. Previoustly it was managed by one of the larger reality co. in the area, but Bender Reality was excellant;fast, efficient and very friendly. We call our vacation our 7 days of paradise. Looking forward to next year!
