We had a really good experience with the condo. It was clean, nice (except the kitchen wallpaper), comfy beds, and mostly updated. We are planing to visit again soon! Our family of 5 was comfortable and we had the best time!

Overall, we enjoyed our stay! The only negative thing I have to say is regarding one of the full-time residents who was a little obnoxious, loud, and repeatedly used inappropriate language in front of my wife and young children, around the gazebo and pool areas. May have been the result of too many beers. We enjoy Gulf Shores because it is more family-oriented than other beach destinations. Our experience with this full-time resident would deter us from visiting this property again. I would not recommend this property to my friends with young children for this reason.

Great place and very clean! Only complaint is that we were only given 2 trash bags and when we asked for more, we were told by Alice they didn't provide those. We didn't bring the first 2 so I'm not sure why I couldn't get more. Ended up getting some from neighbors. Other than that it was a nice stay.

We were very happy with our stay at Sea Breeze 119, from reserving the unit through our vacation. Management was very warm and friendly and made us feel welcome. Loved being able to walk across the street and be at the ocean. Look forward to staying there again whenever we come back to Gulf Shores. Thanks for a great vacation experience!

We were very pleased with the rental unit (SeaBreeze 119). Everyone at Bender was extremely pleasant, courteous & helpful. The unit was everything we needed & more. We met some unit owners/leasee who went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed our stay. The location to everything we wanted to do and see was very convenient. We would definitely recommend this location.

We had a wonderful vacation. Gulf Shores is beautiful and Bender Realty management was very professional and supportive, however the unit itself needed a little updating...a better mattress on the sofa bed (there are barely enough springs holding it in
the frame that you find yourself practically falling out the bottom), new t.v.'s in livingroom and bedrooms would be nice and new ceiling fans in livingroom and guest bedroom is needed as well, the livingroom carpet could use a cleaning also (there are a few
stains). The access to the beach is not the best (a tight squeeze between shrubs and a wall) makes you feel like you are trespassing. -

Great location for the baseball tournament we came for and the attractions for the kids! The sofa couch was broken at the bottom, but two little boys were sleeping on it, so they were ok. Also, the ceiling fan in the master stopped working after a couple of days. Overall, this unit very much met our needs as far as functionality, location, and cost. Thanks so much!

I was happy with everything but the cost of departure clean up cost considering the carpet had several dark spots on it and i had a 13 month old on it,thats my main complaint, my bed was super and me and my family had a great time, we'll be back.

Had a wonderful time and the condo was perfect for our family. The only complaint I would have is that the door frame around the front door was split and had to lock the deadbolt to get the door to stay locked. It looks as though it was kicked in and someone had tried to fix it by nailing it togeter. That is the only complaint we had. We will definitely use Bender Realty again and would stay at the Sea Breeze again if possible.

We had a very nice experience. There were 3 adults 2 nights, 5 on the last,We all fit comfortably, used the pool, the grills, saw the fireworks. Walked in the gulf; no oil slick visible, no smell. We probably would have stayed an extra day if it hadn't rained. I have given your name to other people. I will probably do this again.

Overall the unit was clean; however, the refrigerator leaked and the carpet had black tar or grease on it. The floor tiles were broken, especially in the kitchen. If the deadbolt was not locked the door would open even though the door was locked. The carpet and refrigerator were reported while we were there and we were told they would be fixed and cleaned while we were out for the day, but they weren't. We didn't discover the problem with the door until Sunday evening. It was reported upon check-out on Monday. If all the above were repaired I would recommend this unit.
