Had a great time at the condo. It was very clean and right on the beach.
Two adults, two teenagers and our 17 month old fit perfect.
The condo is two floors, so the teens had their own area upstairs.
Almost all adults there so it was very quiet and relaxing. Seconds from the main highway (59) so we were within walking distance of shops and places to eat. The place could use a new mattress in the master bedroom (very hard). Besides that, great place to stay. Fyi it looks exactly like the pictures you will find on the web.

Overall, we were satisfied, since this was the most economical option we found for our trip. I think my wife and I both would recommend it for anyone making the trip during off-season on a budget.
Having said that..
This particular condo was very dusty. My wife's allergies were going crazy by bedtime on our 2nd night, so the rest of the time she was taking allergy pills, sneezing, blowing nose, itching, etc. This is the only significant complaint I think we have about our stay, because it caused very real discomfort and loss of sleep for 2/3 of our trip.
We were alone in our building the first night and following day. Second night as we've just put down our 17month old, a family arrived in condo next door, and it sounded like they were staying with us. The noise in these condos is significant. Seems the buildings are old, all of the floors creak and groan, and the spiral staircase shakes and rattles. Again, wasn't a huge problem, but I wouldn't want to be there whenever the building is more populated. All of the same noises came through from next door and were nearly as loud as ours. Could hear voices fairly easily as well. Truly did, at times, feel as if they were staying with us.
Also, we were under the impression our particular condo would be facing the beach (main picture in listing shows balconies practically on the beach), but this was not the case. Several buildings make up these condos, and only 1 building faces the beach. That building blocks any view of the beach from other buildings. Balconies in our building all faced the main street running parallel with the beach, so lots of traffic, road noise, etc. rather than ocean and beach sounds/view. We'd seen other listings on same site showing different main pictures, which is why we assumed this listing's main picture was accurate. Wasn't a big problem, more of an initial disappointment than anything else.
Other pros: Shaded parking. Location. Cozy feel. -

Check in was super easy. They gave me a packet with maps, tourist information, and coupons for awesome stuff! The condo was better than the pictures. Kitchen had everything to cook and eat with. Loved the carpet in the bedroom (could have slept on it!). It was on the beach but our's was facing the road. Still right on the beach and a nice pool downstairs. We absolutley loved it! For the price we will be going back soon! I could have down without the stairs though... But we got a free workout out of it!

The Condo was in excellent condition. It was really clean and the service was so friendly. They went out of their way to accommodate us. Our neighbors were friendly. It has the perfect access to the beach. We loved the location and we are excited about returning next summer. I would recommend this condo to all of my family and friends!

Had a great time with my 16 year old son, friend and sister with the last minute vacation to Gulf Shores. The boys had an awesome time fishing, catch and release only. Businesses in the area are hurting horribly from the oil and we did our best to help out the economy!
The condo was in alright condition, the carpet was stained in areas, the ceiling in the bathroom needed work, (maybe a leak in the past?) , and the door to the balcony needed some work, the sectional sofa is not a sleeper couch and we would have appreciated a large pot to boil water in!. Otherwise everything was great and we really enjoyed our stay.

Anchor Vacation Rental Company made our visit comfortable, the first night the air conditioner went out, Anchor's responsed very quick, had a new AC within hours. They even put us up in another condo until ours was ready, and pick up our lunch tab. They are truely a Rental Company to rent from. The condo was very nice, clean, and I would recommend this condo. This is the second time to use Anchor Vacation's, and stay at Ocean Reef.

The rental company was great and very helpful! The condo was relatively clean and comfortable. Although, the dishwasher did not work and there were several light bulbs that needed to be replaced. The mattress were not in good shape - on one bed the springs were coming out. I would rent from Anchor Vacations, but not this condo.

we stayed for a week and we enjoyed it very much
the condo was very clean and had everything you needed except a washer and dryer. I would recommend staying there to anyone. The only problem
I had was with the security guard but at least they were doing their job.
