This place was really nice. Had everything we needed. It was clean, great location, just a home away from home feeling. The only negative I have is it said there was free wi-fi, however I had to pay for it, my friend was able to access it from her phone, but not me on my iPod touch. I would recommend this place to family and friends or anyone. Hope anyone that stays there enjoys it as much as my friend and I did.

The condo is great. We had a good view of the beach, as well as a bayview. At night, it was fun to sit on the balcony to enjoy the view of the lights on the "strip." My only complaint was that everyone leaves all of their stuff (umbrellas, floats, etc) on the beach overnight. There was a fair amount of trash (beer cans, etc) that was left on the beach each day.

Great condo, very clean!Beautifully decorated. The dryer is very noisy and ice maker didn't work. But I would stay at this property again!

We had a blast in Gulf Shores. It's said time flies When you are having fun and ours went by to fast. Gulf Village is a great place to stay right on the beach. Everyone at Bender Realty was friendly and helpful. We will be coming back.

There were a few problems when we arrived, shower handle broke, toilet seat broke and bathroom cabinet door was broke. It was fixed immediately after it was reported. The outside is not very attractive, but inside was beautiful!! We really missed the internet.
We would love to stay again...if they add the internet. -

The location was perfect, the size was perfect. We had 2 adults and 3 children - and we had plenty of room. The kitchen was well supplied, the furniture was comfortable. The view was excellent - from the balcony we could see the beach and the lagoon across the road.
Access to pool and beach were very convenient. The dunes between the builing and beach were great for taking pictures in the late afternoon - plenty of shade so you don't have 'squinty' face. It's convenient to town - close to plenty of places to eat, shop, etc.
Carts are provided to carry luggage up to the room.
There is a beach service (not provided through realty company or condo) that provides chairs/umbrellas. Just go sit on a chair and they will come to you. Very reasonable price ($25 a day or $20 a day for multiple days) and they will set up the umbrella any way you want it. They will move it during the day if needed. -

We took a gamble not knowing Bender Realty or Gulf Village. The exterior on the internet was not overally glamourous but it was small and we didn't want the hassle of a large place. We had a great time everything we needed and you don't need a lot to just be together and relax. Bender staff was excellent. Our condo and facility was older but well kept and simply, tastfully decorated. On the drive home we were talking about dates to return!

I enjoyed our stay there but would have liked to have had wireless internet access. Other properties we've stayed in this year have had that convenience which means alot when you have to take some work with you. I couldn't access neighboring properties because they were locked/required password or signal too weak. I'll have to make sure I check that out before I book in the future. But otherwise it was a pleasant stay.
