The condo was very modern and is located right on the beach. Loved the balcony. Close to restaurants and bars and shopping, Had 8 guests and were very comfortable. Would highly recommend but would come later in spring when weather is warmer. Had a great time

We came for our annual shopping trip (it was our first time there) we were amazed by how clean and fresh the condo was. The views were breath taking and the sound of the waves was music to our ears especially since it was all girls leaving our hectic lives behind. We liked it so much we are considering sharing it with the ones we left behind. Hope to see you all again soon.

Condo was not clean upon arrival.
Channels on the TV were minimal, definitely need a better select of TV channels. (Sportsouth, and other sports channels are needed)
Ceiling Fan in Master Bedroom made a very loud noise and appeared to be loose and in danger of falling.
Swimming Pool had a film on the top and was very cloudy -

The condo was really nice and very clean and comfortable. Our only complaint was there were not many pots & pans for making breakfast. Only one large skillet and one small skillet (like for 1 egg). There were ample dishes and glasses though. Comfortable beds and we loved the coffeetable with the ottomans underneath. The balcony could uses a couple more straight back chairs at the table too. Overall we really liked the condo.

At Young's Suncoast we strive to anticipate everything a guest could possibly need for their stay. Kitchen supplies are so important for our guests and we apologize that some items may have misplaced prior to this guests arrival. We assure the next guests that the kitchen will be fully stocked with everything necessary to relax and enjoy this fabulous property. Should any guest need even the tiniest item, they have only to call us 24 hours a day and we will take care of their needs.

We had a great stay at San Carlos this summer!
Check-in was quick and easy. The condo was clean and very nice! I would recommend this place to anyone. The only bad thing is you only get 2 parking passes, which was hard for us since our condo sleeps 10. -

The condo and all of it's imenities were wonderful! We did however after staying in Gulf Shores each summer at other condos find a couple of things that need to be corrected.
#1 - we had to wait at the check-in site for over 30 minutes while our condo was being cleaned after a seven hour drive to get there! (No we did NOT arrive early, and No we were not accomidated for this inconvenience, nor were we told anything, except we had to wait till they got our room cleaned!) This was a very big inconvenience - especially with an infant and 2 small children to entertain within a busy office!

As this comment regarding the late check in was posted over 2 years ago, I can assure any current guest that we have expedited the check in process and have measures in place to insure rooms are ready upon each guests' arrival.
