The Casa Del Mar is a nicely equiped and roomy place to stay. The only negative I have is that the house needs some maintenance. Things such as patching the walls and cleaning the carpet.

The check in process was very easy and the representative was extremely courteous. This is our third stay with Kaiser for family reunions and we'll be back next year. I liked the house a lot. No complaints about it at all. We definitely won't book during the Shrimp Festival again. That hampered getting anywhere. We'll just make sure that doesn't happen again! :) We are planning to return the 3rd weekend of October in 2010. Thank you.
