We loved our condo for our vacation rental. This was our second year staying in San Carlos and once again everything was great. Easy access to check in, love the parking. Rooms are very nice and modernly furnished with everything you need. Would stay here again.

The location, layout and amenities in this condo were perfect for our family -- with grandparents, parents, and two children. Loved the gulf view!

San Carlos 403 was a delight. The lay out is perfect. We have stayed at other condos at San Carlos and 403 is just as expected perfect. The beach view was great from the balcony. We spent most of our time there and felt know need to leave. Everything we needed was at the condo. If I had to make any recomendations it would be that parking needs to be expanded. Be prepaired to only receive two parking passes for your vehicles. We had a three bedroom condo and assumed that we would have three parking passes. Next time we will car pool. I will return to San Carlos every opportunity I can. We stayed there in September of 2009 and got married on the beach. San Carlos holds a special place for us.

we enjoyed our stay att the San Carlos. I found the condo to be located in a great area.The pool was very nice and beaches and outdoor areas were clean. The room was clean but the mattresses in the bedrooms were terrible. I also had a difficult time with the freezer and had to use an elastic cord to hold the door shut when we were not using it. The service at Youngs was fantastic and we will be using them in the future, however I am not sure we would request the same room.

Nice Condo, very comfortable and lots of room for 8 people. Very comfortable beds. Great location. We had only minor issues with the condo. First, the pots and kitchen equipment was lacking. Pots were not big enough to prepare food for 8 people. We had to go purchase some larger pots and pans to make it through the week. Also, the diswasher did not work properly. There were no instructions to operate the diswasher, and I think that it was on some kind of delay start, but we could not figure out how to re-program it to work....maybe some basic instructions could be left on site for renters.
Enjoyed our stay and would definately stay again. -

Only 2 minors cons:
Renting beach chairs and then having people putting personal chairs and umbrellas up in front of us.
Not being able to check out at the condo office.
