We where very pleased with our stay. The condo looked exactly as advertised on the web. The decor was beautiful and not the normal beachy stuff. The ice maker at the bar was a great addition. The corner balcony was delightful for view and nice breeze.
I would recommend the condo to others and would choose this unit again.
The staff from Young's Suncoast Rentals were great to work with, from my contact for the reservation, from the check in group and especially the checkout group. It was seamless.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week in San Carlos 1209! The decor was beautiful,
the furniture was comfortable, and the kitchen was very well stocked with
everything we needed. We did need to call the on call maintenance person
when a smoke detector battery got low. Response was very fast, and all
batteries were replaced in a matter of minutes. Maintenance person was clean
and polite.
Every morning we opened up the doors to enjoy the sounds of the surf while
we ate breakfast. The condo regained its cool status rapidly as soon as we
closed the doors.
It was so nice to walk out the doors and be on the beach- no time wasted in
driving anywhere!
Evenings were spent at the great eating establishments, many of which we
were able to walk to! An amazing vacation that we cannot wait to repeat! -

Our trip was almost perfect. I do have one complaint only! I rented 2 three bedroom condos on the 12th floor. They were end units. One bedroom in each condo was very hot. No air was circulating in these rooms. Sounds like a flaw in construction.

It was nice. A beautiful view and conviently located to everything. We did run out of hot water during showers. Could have been a little cleaner. It was nice to have a ice machine in room, but it did have some mold inside of it. Other than that , it was a nice place to stay. I would probably stay at San Carlos again.
