The location was wonderful. Liked having easy access to the beach with showers to rinse off before returning to room. The room was very nice - carpeting had spots but nothing unexpected for a rental. Furniture was all in good condition and nicely decorated. The only reason I did not score the experience higher was the check in process. There are three locations to check in - one literally right next door to this building. I was sent there by mistake and had to go 10 minutes back the other direction to get checked in. I do not remember ever receiving a notice of where to check in and when I called and asked I was sent to the wrong place. Minor issue but it was annoying to start the vacation this way. The other communication issue that I either missed or was never told was how to get more toilet paper and towels. We had a room for 10 people and were only provided 8 towels and no extra toilet paper. Would have been nice to have more towels and paper to start with.

We really enjoyed this condo. It was extremely spacious! My sister and brother were staying next door at a different condo and this one was way bigger! The mattresses were not the best, and the couch cusions were pretty much nothing. Young's was wonderful to work with. We loved that they let us in early on Sat.(before 3:00) because it was ready. We were in by 10:00a.m.! We have found that many condos are very particular about this even if the condo is clean and ready. That can be very frustrating. Last year our condo was ready and clean, but we were not allowed to go in before 3:00 or we would have been charged for another day!

Garbage disposal did not work and made the whole condo smell awful! Several light bulbs were out, a ceiling fan did not work, and the mattresses were very uncomfortable! The only good thing about this condo was the location!

At Young's Suncoast we strive for each guest stay to be relaxing and worry-free. We are disappointed when we miss any detail. This guest reported the problem with the garbage disposal upon departure. That issue has been corrected. Had any problem been brought to our attention during the guest stay, we would have immedietly addressed it. Since this is the first we have heard of the uncomfortable mattress, we will definately look into a solution for the next guest.

Young's Suncoast Rental was wonderful and couldn't have been more helpful. We loved San Carlos and the condo was amazing! It's so clean, quiet, and we didn't have to wait "forever" to get an elevator as we have at other places. It was our first time to stay here and the San Carlos will definitely be our "new home" at Gulf Shores!

Our stay in San Carlos 409 was awesome! Check in was quick and easy, The condo is conveniently located to many attractions and restaurants. The interior was beautifully decorated and had all of the amenities and comforts of home. I wouldn't change a thing! We are looking forward o staying here again next year.

The condo was very nice and the stay was plesant. I would recommend this place to others. My family and I had a very nice time. The condo had everything we needed to cook, wash, and relax. The pool I wish was covered or on the inside because it was windy and cool during my stay. That was the least thing I liked.

We really enjoyed our accommdations with the San Carlos. We have stayed in many condo rentals in the past. I dont think that any has fit our needs like this did. It truly made our time there so enjoyable. My whole family just had such a great time, it was hard to leave. That really says alot. We diffently will be back to Gulf Shores. Hopefully very soon......

The check in and check out was fast and courteous.
The condo was a superb place to stay,comfortable in all aspects.
The location could not have been better. All the amenities were within a 5 mile radius.
The pool was awesome the beach first class and we didn't find anything we didn't like.
A terrific vacation was enjoyed by my family from England and we would use Young's Suncoast the next time we vacation at the Gulf.
