It was a beautiful condo and everything was just right. The service was a little odd but other than that, loved all of the anemities.

We visit a condo once a year. Usually rent Boardwalk or Island Shores. My niece wanted a hot tub. The pool was good. The place was very clean and beautifully decorated. I like a little more casual island feel place myself. will go back to Island shores or even one without beach access.

We really enjoyed our stay, the condo was very, very comfortable and the baloncy was great. The view was excellent. We had a great time and really enjoyed the time we were there. We would recommend this condo and will rent it again. Your check-in was very efficient and the personnel were great, they really took care of us. We have used you before and will again.

Living area was very comfortable especially the recliners and flat screen.The Kitchen was sparcely equipped with dishes and utencils. Beds were to soft.

We stayed at Crystal Shores West #202 for slightly more than 6 weeks. It was a cold winter in Gulf Shores but still a very enjoyable winter get-away. The condo was furnished very nicely, very comfortable furniture and nice flat screen TVs. Good management at CSW and if one has problems or questions, there is someone there to help. This is our 4th year staying at CSW and we have been very satisfied. We love the beach and enjoyed all the restaurants in the area with Snowbird specials. We will return in 2011 and have reserved the same unit. Very satisfied.

Making the reservations has never been easier. We had excellent suggestions and help on where to stay. When we arrived, everyone was more than helpful. The condo we stayed in was great. The children loved the pools and the accessibility of the beach. We will definitely stay with Young's SunCoast again. Thanks for helping make great memories. Mary Epps and family
