My family and I had a wonderful visit to this condo during spring break this year. The condo was well furnished and everyone at Youngs suncoast was very helpful. We had two complaints about the condo. #1 the pull out sofa bed is very uncomfortable. It barely has any springs left in the mattress. We had someone sleeping on this the entire week, so that was disappointing. #2 when we arrived my husband and I noticed several blood spots on the master bedroom comforter. We contacted youngs I advise- but nothing was ever done about it. The gentleman told me that the bedding is not always cleaned in between visits. ( comforters/ quilts, etc). We loved the crystal tower. The location couldn't be beat. It was just minutes from everything. The pools were always clean and the security guards were readily available when we called on them . ( some rowdy LSU spring beakers threw beer cans down into the parking lot, dinging up some of the cars)

In the short week that we had the service was great. It was spring break and busy, but the staff always had time to talk. One day all of the elevators were not working and we had to climb the 15 flights to the condo. I guess I needed the exercise.
The condo itself was beautifully furnished and very clean. Everything worked except the blender/smoothly maker.
The pools and grounds were very nice, clean, well cared for.
The area had a lot of shops, places to eat and entertainment.
The beaches were as white as before the oil spill and we saw employees of BP
Still combing the area. I believe they did a great job cleaning it up.
Gulf Shores is a wonderful place to go, my husband and I loved it. That's why we keep coming back!
This is our third time staying in this building. This last room was by far the best.

Foley ALEscape to beautiful full moons nights reflecting on the Gulf

Our unit was grasosly changed to Chrystal Shores West so we could be beachside. I have vision problems so I need to be closer to the Gulf. Our balconly afforded many beautiful views of the Gulf with moonlit nights and the sounds of rushing surf. Ahh God is good and his masterpeice is evident in Gulf Shores.
