We rented the property for the month of Nov 2011. It is well situated on the Little Lagoon with a very short walk to the Gulf beach. The house is closest to the pool and boat dock which was nice during off season. The fishing off the boat dock was consistent enough for our 7 and 10 yr old as small 5-8" snappers and an occasional different variety bite frequently (they love frozen squid). For the more serious anglers there is a Pier down the road.
The house was well furnished and comfortable. All the rooms had small Tv's (the Master BR and living area has slightly larger Tv's) all connected to cable. They advertise Internet but the DSL connection didn't work all month. The adults were having fun being dis-connected but the lack of internet wore on the kids. You might want to verify it works correctly before you come.
Overall a nice experience at a reasonable price. -

Very nice place. Clean easy to get to, and we all enjoyed the pool, lagoon, and were close enough to the beach to walk. Will definitely want to stay there on our future trips to Gulf Shores. The house is very roomy and the neighborhood atmosphere was great.

The beaches may have had tar but the lagoon was a beautiful as ever. The community pool was directly in front of the property which was very family frendly. The property was in very good condition and was easy to get to.

We love this house because of the location too the pool and Bay. Our service was good and the house was clean and had the nessary amenities. The only problem we had was with the living room tv. The service man you sent out could not help this tv. But the two weeks we where there was great. My family will be back next year.
