Our trip to Gulf Shores was a relaxing time in the sun which is what we were wanting, the property at board walk was clean, a little to noisy for my preference, but not real bad, the unit we staid in was nice but it didn't have any curtains which let in way to much light way to early, but we purchased some curtains and problem solved. Overall experience was good but next time I will spend more and upgrade, but for the price we paid I doubt you could beat it.

Thought the unit was fun, and would recommend it to others. It was clean, and fully equipped. The beach was easily accessible, along with restaurants. The only down side is the parking. There is a restaurant adjacent to the Condo building, and customers park in the same lot as renters. This did pose a problem on several days. Not sure what can be done about that situation. There should be an office on the premises during the winter months for renters to make check in and check out easier. Heading into the Gulf is fine, but heading out you have to make a U turn to return the keys. Suncoast needs to do a better job on that issue.
What a great place!

My husband and I stayed in this unit with our two young children and one other adult. It worked out nicely, as our kids shared the fold out sofa bed, and we had the master bedroom and the other adult was in the second bedroom (which had 2 twin beds). The condo unit had recently been re-modeled so the kitchen space was all new and we had nice flat screen tvs with cable in the master bedroom and living room. It was very convenient to get to the beach as you just had to walk downstairs and through the pool area. We were there for a big family reunion so we probably had about 6-8 condo units being used for our party. The other units we visited were all really nice as well. The only thing I wish they had was more parking - we always managed to get spots, but their overflow lot is across the busy street, so that would have been difficult with kids. Also, at night there was some excessive noise from other groups of people at the condo. That probably isn't a thing that happens all the time, but it was frustrating as it was very late at night when we were sleeping. Other than that, we had a wonderful time.
I would stay here again

Everything was amazing! I can't wait to stay again! Our family actually had 16 people and 3 condos and they were all nice, comfortable, and had a great ocean view. I've already told everyone at work about the amazing location!
best place to stay in Gulf Shores!

Was not real happy with the cleanliness of the place. After we cleaned the room to our standards it wasn't that bad of a place. Read more

We are sorry for the inconvenience. We would have been happy to have sent housekeeping back out to clean anything they may have missed.

I usually spend Labor Day weekend at the Boardwalk anyway. When Hurricane Gustav caused a mandatory evacuation, I considered cancelling and heading north.
But we decided that if we had to go, then go to someplace memorable. It turned out to be a wonderful vacation. We saw the power of the surf from our 6th floor balcony, drank Hurricanes, kept up with the weather channel, and enjoyed the comfort of the Boardwalk. The staff was great and allowed us to stay over a couple of days, since New Orleans wouldn't allow us to return at once. Our friends that evacuated to mundane motels in out of the way places were jealous of our good time. We're looking forward to coming back next summer. And as long as the hurricanes aren't heading to Gulf Shores, the Boardwalk will be my evacuation shelter.
P.S. I got my insurance company to pick up the tab since it was mandatory. How sweet it is. J.L.
