The unit was exceptional. Great views to the South and West with the wrap around balcony. The unit was perfectly furnished with enough to be comfortable, but not too much to be cluttered. The layout of the condo was perfect for two families (total 8 people). Lots of accessories for the beach provided and the washer dryer in unit was very helpful.
The complex itself was very nice too. Never any parking issues. The pool was very nice with the indoor/outdoor option, with the outdoor being a good size. Two elevators were sufficient for the complex and the longest wait for one was probably 3 minutes, so never an issue.
If we come down again, we are definitely going to check for this unit first before any others.
Suncoast was also very easy to deal with and we had no issues setting up, checking in or checking out. -

I won a vacation package from Young's Suncoast Vacation Rentals and I choose this condo. The condo was excellent!!! The decor was bright and clean, comfortable and charming. The view was out of this world. The condo is a corner condo. You could see the bay behind you, the sunrise in the east on the beach and the sunset in the west, also on the beach. The location is perfect. You are close to restaurants, novelty stores, everything. There wasn't anything I didn't like and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

We have stayed here twice and enjoyed it every time. We love that it has 2 bedrooms with full baths. Also has a large third bath outside the third bedroom so noone has to share with the kids. Like the pool and jacuzzi are for relaxing and the fact that the condo is beach front was a main factor in choosing it.

With the help of someone at Young's Suncoast, I selected this condo for my vacation. The pictures are spot on. It's so bright and cheery and fun. The corner balcony view is amazing. The master bedroom has balcony access as well so you can just lay in bed with the sliding door open and listen to the waves at night. I cannot wait to stay here again. I highly recommend using Young's and CSW #1101 :)
