We arrived late & had all our info. in guest package.Check/out was quick.
Condo had what we needed for the short weekend. We had a great time with family &friends.;
Location is nice just off elevator.This time of year it is not a lot of people. Food was great as always.Size of beds was great. Need extra Lt.bulbs & Up/grade Tv's.

We stayed at Ocean House and would stay again. We would rent a different unit, because this one had uncomfortable furniture in the living room. Also the condo was extremly dusty and we had to do our own cleaning.
The beach and pool were fantastic and we had a great stay!!! -

This unit was nice but it needed to be cleaned, when we got there the smell of mold and dog was a bit strong. Also when we got in the bed that night our pillows had the smell of a wet dog on them and we had to wash the pillow cases. overall we enjoyed the unit but was not sure if it got the cleaning attention it should have before we got there. Also when you walk into the lobby of this unit you get a very strong smell of mold or something. It just makes it hard for people like myself with allergies.

This stay was very uncomfortable. The morning after we arrived, we woke up to loud pounding/hammering/construction. YoungSunCoast said they were unaware until I called about the problem. The dishwasher in the unit was completely broken and beyond repair. There were no other units available to accommodate us. This particular unit (Ocean House 2503) was decorated nicely. It looked appealing as you entered but there was dirt and hair throughout the unit on the floor whereas it wasn't properly cleaned. I spent time cleaning to attempt to make our stay comfortable. I wasn't pleased with YongSunCoast in that they should have made better accommodations for my children and me especially after they were made aware of the problems which their maintenance crew couldn't repair.

At Young's Suncoast we strive very hard to make sure our guests have a great experience. It disappoints us when we fail.
This property has a new dishwasher. Other concerns have also been addressed.
We appreciate our guests letting us know when things are not perfect so we can address them during their stay. Occasionally we will not be notified until after departure. But we always work very quickly to remedy any situation when possible. -

The office staff was very organized and informed. They were also very friendly and concerned about our confort. I enjoyed the condo however my friends complained about the front bedroom mattresses. The beach was beautfull and we had a great veiw. The location was great for dinning and shopping. I enjoyed the fact that it was quite and relaxing
