We loved the condo it was beautiful but we did have a problem with one of the bed's and the tv did not work in that room so we reported the problem upon our arrival i think Friday could have been Saturday. A gentleman from maintenance came Sunday noted that the TV was broken and he would check with the owner about the issues. We did not hear anything else so we called again on monday and was told still waiting to hear from owner. Called again on Tuesday spoke with Jonathan and was told there was no report of any problem he would check it out and call back which he did and told us a TV & mattress had been ordered mattress was delivered on Wednesday but did not get a TV until Thursday and when the repairman delivered it he stated that he could have brought it the day before but he thought the unit was vacant. We come to the beach once a year with my husband's 2 brothers and their wives it is a special time for us since we all live in different states and all work at very stressful jobs so when we come to the beach we come to relax and chill out. I hope you can understand that this was not what we needed during our time of rest and relaxation. Thanks for allowing me to express my opinion.

The pictures do not do this rental justice. There are 5 in the family, including Children ages 11/8/5. It was a great family unit, great beach and pool. The family atmosphere of the condo was perfect. No wild college or high school students here! Our first time to Gulf Shores and we will return.
Our agent Tiffany really set us up well. I could not have been more pleased.
The condo was great size for the family, the only thing I would change are the beds and pillows-not enough pillows.
All the restaurants in the area were nearby and there were 2 places to walk to fro breakfast and another great one for dinner right on the beach.
Everyone in Gulf Shores was very hospitable and made us feel welcome and at home. At only 5-6 hours from atlanta, its a great location.
Next time we return we are going to have to try some fishing with the boys. Pool was great, and the beach was fantastic. When it rained there was shopping nearby to keep everyone entertained till the clouds went away.
Everything seemed very busy, yet traffic flowed well and there were minimal waits at the restaurants. Cannot wait to come back!
