You may think you've found Heaven at this Relaxing Gulf Shores Family Beach House.

My Blue Heaven is just across the Street from the Gulf. You'll enjoy spectacular views from the many windows & porches. This luxurious private home features amenities including an Elevator, a 3rd Floor Crow's Nest with Panoramic Views and Boat Access from our Shared Pier & Boat Launch.

5 Bedrooms plus a Crow's Nest with a Daybed & Trundle and an Upstairs Family Room area with a Queen Sleeper accomodate up to 16 guests. The elevator goes to all floors except the crow's nest.

The first floor features a 2-Story Great Room with a Beautiful Kitch...en that includes 2 Sinks, Granite Counters, Stainless Appliances, a Separate Undercounter Ice Maker & more. There is a Large Dining Area opening to the Comfortable Living Room with a Huge TV and a Wall of Windows looking to the Gulf. The Living Room opens to a Screened Porch and an open Beachview Porch, both overlooking the Gulf and Gulf Shores Beautiful Sugar-White Beaches.

Also on the 1st floor, you will find a Queen Bedroom opening onto the Screened Porch and a King Bedroom (with a Private Bath) that opens to a Large Porch with Wonderful Views of Little Lagoon and the Sunset.

The 2nd floor has a Large Gulfview Family Room area with a Wet bar, Wine Refrigerator, Game Table & Chairs perfect for games or puzzles, and a Sleeper Sofa. There is a Large King Bedroom, a Queen Bedroom that opens to a Gulfside Porch, and a 3rd Bedroom with 2 Queen Beds.

The 3rd floor crow's nest has Panoramic Views of the Gulf and Little Lagoon. A Daybed and Trundle are great for curling up to visit or read, or for sleeping space for two people.

My Blue Heaven is located in the West Beach area of Gulf Shores just west of Lagoon Pass where the Gulf feeds Little Lagoon. This area is still close to town (3.0 miles west of Hwy 59) but far enough away to have uncrowded beaches and a neighborhood feeling. We share a pier and boat launch with our neighbors so you can bring a small boat or jet skis or fish and crab from our pier.

Additional Location Information

Gulf Shores Alabama is located directly on the Gulf of Mexico between Pensacola Florida and Mobile Alabama. The area is known for Sugar-White Sand and Emerald Seas. West Beach is an area bound by the Gulf on the south, and Little Lagoon on the North.

This area of West Beach, 3 miles West of Hwy 59 has just a few homes between the 2 bodies of water. My Blue Heaven is 1 house back from the Gulf, and 1 row from Little Lagoon. There is Deeded Beach Access at the East end of the neighborhood. Historically our neighbors have been kind about allowing access between the houses but we can't guarantee what the future holds. In West Beach all houses but the row directly on the beach cross a 2 lane road with bike paths on each side to reach the beach.

  We had a great time, despite slightly lower-than-expected temperatures. My Blue Heaven is a wonderful place to just relax, sit in the living room area, visit, read, play board games, do puzzles, and just spend time together. We loved the beach, and gathered a lot of shells. The fuzzy-headed pelicans were fun to watch, as they sat along a big water-pipe close to the house. Susan and Geoff were very accommodating, making sure, even on Christmas Day, that we had what we needed. The elevator in the home was a lifesaver, because several of us had bad knees and lots of luggage. We liked the roominess of the living spaces the best (there were eight of us, and we didn't feel crowded). We probably were most disappointed that the weather cooperated for golfing only one day, but I guess no one can really control that, especially in December.
