We really had a wonderful time here - a family reunion with children coming from atlanta, Ga and Washington, DC. The house was everything that the ad suggested - walk right to the beach and the pool was just wonderful. This was the best magical time that I can describe. Plenty of room for every one. If you have reservations about renting this house, don't. It was well worth the money.

It is a very nice house with plenty of room. The access to the beach was nice, especially in the evenings. My favorite amenity though was the pool, which was wonderful after laying out for a while. I highly recommend it.

We loved the place and it's location right on the beach. It is nice and secluded and a nice distance from the condos so we had a lot of privacy during our stay.
I would only like to suggest that the owners update their bed linen and towels. Other than that, it was a wonderful stay and we will definitely recommend the place to our friends who want to come visit Gulf Shores!

The pictures of the place looked good but the place was even better once we got there!! There were 4 quality bedrooms, the place was directly on the beach, the AC worked great, the pool was relaxing and the grill were an added bonus. There were 10 of us and we all fit easily and had a great time.

This year was our second stay at the Awbrey House. I highly recommend this place for vacation. It it very roomy and comfortable and right on the beach with a shared pool. You can grill outside if you want and is close to everything.
