My best friend and I along with our familes rented this house for a week for 2 summer vacations. It is a little off of the beaten path but we rented it mostly for the private pool!!! I think maybe that the owners should look into replacing the doors(they kinda stick). Overall the house was ok... we figured after our last visit we have outgrown a 3 bedroom..

Everything about the place was great. Only wish we could have stayed longer. Pool was clean and wonderful. House was clean. We had a great time. We met the owners and they were very nice. I would stay there again. Recommend it.

Our experience at Beach Time was wonderful. Very clean. Very well equipped.
The service was great. Location is close to the attractions, mainly the beach.
There are great views on the lagoon & gulf sides from the front porch or back deck. I would happily stay again. My family loved it. -

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Beach Time. The house was well equipped both with linens, kitchen appliances, and utensils. The deck on the back of the house allowed us to enjoy the view of the pool and time in the sun. The proximity to the restaurants and activities was an asset. We enjoyed being in a quiet neighborhood setting. The neighbors were friendly and very helpful. We had plenty of room for entertaining.
A covered area over the front stairway would be an asset. Also a couple movie channels would be appreciated on rainy days and evenings. -

My friends and I were very impressed with the great value. The house was really cute and absent a few little issues (some carpet stains, a wobbly railing and small hole on the back deck), the house was great. We had a blast and would definitely rent the house again.

Nice home for the family for the price. Very convienient location to everything we wanted to do. Short walk to the beach through 2 other properties. The pool was great to relax in when you didn't feel like heading to the beach and for the kids. It would have been nice to have the TV connected to the cable in the family room, but I really didn't go to watch TV, so not a big deal to me.

We checked the cable in the livingroom, someone had disconnected it from the wall. -

This is a place we will revisit. Anchor Rentals made everything very simple. The house was clean and the location was perfect. Our kids loved the pool and the sand box. We can't wait for next summer. Thanks!

Great location (off the main road, easy walk to beach), great pool, large kitchen, comfortable, and well-decorated. Check in/out was a breeze, and the location is convenient to lots of stores and restaurants.

Beach Time was amazing. The beach house had every appliance imaginable. It was a home away from home experience. The house was in walking distance from the beach. Will book next year. Excellent staff.

The house was a great surprise as pictures on the internet can always be diseiving. We had a few problems but when we called the Owner came herself and then sent a repair man for the air.
I would recommend this house to anyone that wants to just relax and enjoy the views of the ocean and lagoon. -

Beach Time is a well-maintained and well-appointed three bedroom house two blocks from beach access on a quiet street. It was a perfect venue for our family of five (three young-adult children). The neighborhood is quiet and the beach uncrowded. A short drive to restaurants and stores.
