We really settled in to our family "home away from home" Loved the "culdisac neighborhood", pool and surprise treat of the coverd dock and chairs, great place to watch a sunset, relax and discuss the day and plans for the next day. We will stay again. We had trouble with the airconditioning throughout the week, and would be interested to see how the vacation would change with the large condo complex next to our neighborhood being full.

Overall, my stay was wonderful. The only issue I had was the lack of water pressure in the showers and bathroom sinks in all four bathrooms.

The pictures and descriptions are misleading. This is a duplex. Parking is an issue. The narrow driveway under the unit is difficult to get in and out especially with a large group. We had 4 families and everytime one of us left we had to play musical vehicles. The other property owners are like nazis when it comes to parking. They will tell you not to park on the grass even though the lawn is not well-maintained. The prices advertised are not even close to what you will pay. The plumbing is old and the water pressure leaves quite a bit to be desired. This unit was not cleaned very well prior to our arrival. The walk to the beach is cumbersome. Watch out for traffic. The pool is small. The condo to the south is lit up at night and with all the windows in this unit, expect the rooms to be bright even at night. The balcony's are small and give you a great view of the back of the adjacent home. The pictures show this place as green but in reality it's purple. The wireless internet stays down more than up. I don't plan on staying there again.

We enjoyed the Home but we were very mislead by the picture. It is a multi-complex and by the picture it looks like you are facing the street, but actually the house you are renting is in the back. Alot harder to access. We also had a problem with roaches and sugar ants. We have rented another house in the neighborhood and had no problems with it.

On Golder pond was a great beach house and I have stayed there in the past. Only thing was it quoted for one price and after all the extras like cleaning, deposite and other extras it was too much. I think the quoted price should be all inclusive.

My friends and I stayed at this property from Friday, May 30th, 2008, until Tuesday, June 3rd. This is the second year in a row that we've stayed at a Young's Sun Coast property. This one was even better than the previous year. Incredibly clean, conveniently located, and a bargain for the quality of the home. We can't wait to stay there again in 2009!
