This beautiful 3-Bedroom / 3-Bath Penthouse unit at Legacy Towers in Gulfport is FABULOUS! This is an extra large condo with all of the amenities that you could wish for. This unit has a King bed in the Master, and Queen beds in the other 2 bedrooms. Each Bedroom has it's own private bath.
The view from your private balcony on the 14th floor of the Gulf of Mexico is fantastic! This condo has a large fully-equipped kitchen, a beautiful dining tabel as well as a separate breakfast table, granite counter tops throughout, and a full-size washer & dryer. The bathrooms are large and beautifully appointed.

We were happy with the accommodations and with the prompt return phone calls when we had questions. We are all agreed that we will come back for the winter trip. In fact, we have it booked!

The Penthouse Condo 1406 is very clean, large and has everything that you need to make you feel at home. The grounds are beautiful and the pool is amazing!!! Will be back!

We loved the condo, very clean, a lot of towels, parting gifts, easy access upon arrival, friendly people at the gates. We only recommend that they upgrade their mattresses. They were not quite comfortable. We would stay here again but bring air mattresses. I'm sorry I really hate to say anything bad because the place is so beautiful.

The bed in the master bedroom needs to be replaced. You need to go up there and sit on the bed to hear the noise it makes when you sit on it or lay on it and turn over. Ererthing else was GREAT. Thanks ROD

We booked this room for the whole week of Cruisin' the Coast 2012. The condo was in the perfect location and our room was spacious enough for my 4 year olds toys and all the gear for my 3 month old. We had a wonderful time and would recommend this condo for anyone looking for a spacious place traveling with young kids.

We thoroughy enjoyed the condo at Legacy. The only problems were black ants on the kitchen counter. Also the cleaning company didn't vacuum very well (especially around the dining table).

My husband and I were celebrating our 30th anniversary and decided to rent this property. We invited our best friends to spend the weekend with us. Only have 3 minor complaints. 1)Could not lower temperature lower than 72 degrees. It was a little stuffy in master bedroom to sleep. 2)Being on top floor, we could hear noise from some sort of a motor humming when trying to sleep. Wasn't too bad though. 3)Lock box was located all the way across the tower and there was only 1 key for a unit that sleeps 10. This was a bit inconvenient, but we survived.
We would definitely stay there again and are thinking of booking this unit again in April. -

Overall, we enjoyed our experience although we will not rent 1406 again. The bed in the master was horrible causing us to leave asap and miss a couple of days we would have stayed. Our friends had 808 which we will rent next year.

because of a water leak, the fuse trip switchwas turning off power in the master bedroom. took two days to fix it , then everything was excellent. rental company management couldn't have been nicer about the problem
