Violat Apartment - a nice flat in a lovely housing complex

Violet Apartment offers its guests a nice enterieur, a wonderful terrace and garden within a small housing complex with three different pools. A very nice atmosphere to comfort you and to relax during your holidays.

The modern furnished apartment offers you a fully equipped kitchen, a living room and a dining area for four persons. Apart from that you will find two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Air conditioning is available in all rooms. To make yourself comfortable you will find also a television, a washing machine, a dish washer, bed linens and towels. Patio furniture and... a barbecue can be found on the terrace. Sun loungers are available next to the pool. The holiday home offers sleeping facilities for up to four persons.

The holiday home is part of a very charming housing complex with great gardens called Sunny Houses, which is divided into three blocks. Each block has got its own large pool, but you are allowed to use all of them. Within this complex we can offer you three Violet Apartments for rent. Two of them are on the ground floor of the two-storeyed houses and have a nice terrace surrounded by a garden. One flat is on the first floor and has got a big balcony. The pictures shown here are just an example of one flat, but all flats do offer the same luxury standart to comfort you.

Sunny Houses offers also small bistro next to one pool and a common room with books and table tennis. Here you may relax by drinking tea or having a talk to other guests.

A great place for relaxation in a wonderful environment. Also the beach and the center of Gümüslük are not far away, you will reach them easily by walking or dolmus.Read more

Bodrum, the antique “Halikarnassos”, is one of the most popular holiday places in Turkey. The charming village with its white houses and the violet decoration of the bougainvillea is also called the St. Tropez of Turkey. The landmark of the town is the estonishing Castle of St. Peter, lying in a palm-lined bay next to many sailing-ships. It is surrounded by many narrow alleys with a lot of shops and restaurants. The nightlife of Bodrum is as famous as its countless bays for swimming. Here you find excellent conditions for all types of watersports.

Gümüslük is a small fishing village within a nature protection area. It offers you a wonderful bay with a small harbour and picturesque fish restaurants from where you may enjoy the unique sunsets. The village has got many small shops where you can buy your daily needs.

Gümüslük is located between the bigger villages Turgutreis and Yalikavak.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

An additional fee for the final cleaning (50,00 Euro) has to be paid.

Costs for electricity are not included in the prices and have to be paid seperately. When calculating the electricity bill, the electricity meter of the house is used to proof how much electricity you actually used.

Deposit: 300,00 Euro

After reservation a deposit of 30% of the invoice amount has to be paid. The balance must be paid 30 days before arrival.

Cancellation of the reservation can be made up to 30 days before date of arrival, then the deposit will be refunded. If the cancellation is made at a time less than 30 days away from the date of arrival, the deposit is not paid back.
