This lovely mid-terrace barn is situated in Rhes-y-Cae, North Wales, and sleeps four people in two bedrooms. The Dairy is a mid-terrace barn conversion in North Wales. It has a double and a bunk bedroom, as well as a wet room on the first floor, while on the ground floor is a cloakroom with basin and WC, a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room. Outside is parking and shared use of a courtyard garden to the front. The Dairy is a great family base for exploring North Wales.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

We enjoyed a last minute, long weekend at The Dairy after a disastrous attempt at a Park Resort Holiday. We booked through Sykescottages.co.uk about an hour before arriving and the relief when we walked into the cottage was indescribable. Lovely, modern,warm, clean and well equipped are just a few words to describe this cottage. It has a well equipped kitchen with microwave, oven, fridge, dishwasher and all the utensils you would ever need. A cosy lounge with flatscreen TV/DVD and a downstairs toilet make up the ground floor. Upstairs there is a double bedroom, wetroom and second bedroom with bunkbeds, again, all lovely and modern. There is ample parking in the shared courtyard and our 1 year old son loved playing outside in the totally secure yard. Location wise, for us it was perfect. Near enough to the main roads for easy access to Chester(20 minutes away) but rural enough to be really peaceful and quiet at night. Dorothy, the owner is lovely. Nothing is too much trouble for her. We were sad to leave but will without a doubt be returning very soon.
