The master bathroom decor is neutral co...lored with marble floors and features a slate shower and divan seating area. The second bathroom and guest bedrooms are also on the top level. One guest bedroom features a queen size bed. The second guest bedroom features two twin beds and full size futon. Both bedrooms have a walk out balcony with views of the San Gabriel Mountains.

The main entrance features the kitchen and breakfast area with a beautiful view of the San Gabriel Mountains. There is a closet wine cellar adjacent to the breakfast area. The living room provides ample space and is warmly decorated, with a Bose Tower CD/Radio for your enjoyment. The dinning area is adjacent to the living room with slider access to the upper level backyard patio and gardens.

The lower level family room comes with a 52’ flat screen HD TV, Xbox, large reclining sectional sofa and separate queen size sofa bed. There is natural wood burning fireplace with a full wall rock faced façade. There is slider access to the lower level patio, pool and spa from the family room. The half bathroom is on the lower level and also has a door leading out to the pool.
