A medieval castle by the wonderful Israeli cost.situated between Tel-Aviv and Haifa

(40 min north to Tel-Aviv,15 min from Haifa).

The Castle is a 900 years crusader fort, built as a home for the area ruler

on the top of the hill,with stunning views over looking the the beach and

The Carmel mountain. .

Replicated and designed by Tsilla Martin and Udi Stoller for the past 35 years,

The only structure in Israel from the 11 th century privately owned!.

The structure of the castle is surrounded by a green blooming garden,shaded by olive trees, a tended lawn, water well and peacocks that run around free....

The castle is a two storey (380sqmr) spacious and unique.

On the bottom floor there are two spaces that are suitable for intimate events, private group meals, cooking workshops, management seminars and for any purpose that is compatible with the castles unique atmosphere. It's possible to add the guest room's on the upper floor to the event.

There is a permanent paintings and designs gallery that presents works of the artist Udi Stoller.

Steep external stairs lead to the second level, where the two master suites are.The suites share a kitchen and 2 generous balconies overlooking the surrounding mountains and valleys, with the Mediterranean Sea in the distance, both suites suitable for couples .In the suits you will find: a comfortable double bed, a unique mosaic bathtub, a romantic sitting area, air conditioning, fire place, satellite plasma television, d.v.d and an exit to a big patio over looking the view . There is also a tea/coffee corner, slippers and a bottle of wine in each suite and shared kitchen where you will find a refrigerator, dishes, a dining corner, a rich coffee corner, milk, mineral water and an exit to an amazing panoramic balcony.The hospitality could includes breakfast by request.

It's possible to rent the entire castle for short or long periods, for any purpose that suits the castle's atmosphere.

Only 40 minutes north to Tel-Aviv,conveniently located off Highway 6 and Israel's 2 main roads!

The Carmel mountain ad Chof Habonim are very popular travelers destinations,offering great trekking and bike riding,skydiving,horse back riding ,vineyards and great dining .A new attraction for the whole family in Mount Opher near by was just open this year-Yam Carmel,offering great fun activities for the whole family!

  The location is beautiful but we came in august, it was very hot outside and the air conditioning did not work. They could not fix it; the night was terrible, it was a big issue to fell asleep...

  Dear Audrey ,we are very sorry about the inconvenience ! You arrived in midst of renovation,(you knew it and got 30% of our normal price).
  Unfortunately there was a problem with the AC,by the time the maintenance guy arrived you didn't want him to enter the room while you were out,and the next morning you chose to leave.we have refunded 50% of your charge!
  Accidents do happen,we did our best to solve it!
  Hopefully next time you will see our newly renovated rooms we the new terrace.

  opportunity to travel back in time

  Such an opportunity to stay in a real ancient castle in Israel is definitely rare. It was an adventure.
  
  General:
  The castle has two floors, with separate entrances and facilities.
  
  Our extended family of 9 rented the entire castle. We came there to celebrate a family event; it was important for us to have a cozy space we could all spend quality time in, and that is exactly what we found on the bottom floor:
  
  a large equipped kitchen, a spacious living room, a powerful air-conditioner - a must in the Israeli summer - and a large and beautiful garden.
  
  The atmosphere was absolutely magical, topped by Udi's marvelous paintings and self-designed furniture all around.
  
  The top floor felt real authentic and magical, it had two large rooms and two big balconies.
  
  Location: a beautiful elevated spot. From the top balcony there's a view of the entire village. A car is a must at that area, to travel to the beach or other places.
  
  Notice: The staircases to the second floor are a bit steep. Not suitable for older people or small kids.
  
  Generally the place is less suitable for families with toddlers, as there are steep stairs about the place. We have two of our own and managed with them, but had to watch out carefully.
