Spend your vacation in our spacious, fully equipped, 2 bedroom Bamboo suite on our beautiful 2 acre property which boasts spectacular ocean views of the North Shore, West Maui Mountains and Kahului's city lights by night.
The suite has two large bedrooms with a King and two Twin beds, the living, dining and kitchen areas are all an open floor plan which provides plenty of space.
All linens are provided - including beach towels. There is free wireless internet, basic cable TV, DVD player and fully equipped kitchen - no oven or dishwasher. We have a shared washer/dryer so no need to over pack, we also have a BBQ area which is charmi...Read more

While our friends back home in Canada were enduring temperatures and wind chills in the minus 40's C, we escaped to Maui January 19-February 4, 2013 and stayed in the Bamboo Suite at Stone's Place. The location is upcountry and rural... just right for us... clear air and quiet, though Kokomo Road is quite busy during the morning rush hour especially.
It may not be as good a location for a beach-going family. The main beach areas at least 45 min. drive away. Surfing areas are closer.
Our suite was one of several in the building, and was pleasant, clean, and generally well cared-for. We had a couple of small issues, and Ruthie Stone took care of them right away.
