There are many great activities that put a smile on the faces of our guests...although some guests just sit on the deck and watch the ocean all day...(except in winter, when they sit on the deck and watch and listen to the whales)
Here are a few suggested outings while you enjoy.
Snorkelling trips to Molikini Reef.
Our local town of Paia has many very good restaurants which are moderately priced with delicious food
Arise early as see the sunrise from the Haleakala crater.
Watch the surfers at World famous Jaws surfbreak or take a lesson on the smaller breaks.
Drive around to waterfalls, hike in the forrest, and call into our local Winery for a taste and tour.
Check out local shopping and Art Galleries.
Enjoy a game of golf with fabulous ocean views.

If you want to experience Maui, this is the perfect place for you! Beautiful grounds, private, amazing views, and very relaxing! Right outside the cute little town of Paia, with great eateries and some shopping, the Cliff Side Cottage is a place to reconnect with your inner soul and your special someone! The owner lives on the grounds so if there is anything you need he is there to help. The cottage is true to the pictures shown and was nice and clean upon arrival. The pool area was beautiful however a little too chilly for us to take a dip! We were there for a week for our 20th anniversary and would absolutely, positively visit again! Can't say there was anything I did not like about the cottage and grounds! Thank you for a fabulous week!

I'm always skeptical when looking at photos of a property online. But Cliff Side exceeded my expectations. The Penthouse apartment was immaculate in every way ; new carpet, new paint, very comfortable King bed, showering with rain water in the huge walk-in shower, and the views from the huge balcony were amazing. No cars, no people; all you hear there is the crashing of the surf on the cliffs below. We saw two fellow guests for about 10 minutes, and that was it for 5 days! Jon let us borrow his chairs and umbrella for our beach days. We've traveled all over the world, and we've never had a nicer experience.
