Disney's Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Animal Kingdom, Universal Studios, MGM/Disney Studios, Islands of Adventure, Sea World, Shopping Malls, restaurants and nightlife are within an easy drive of between 15 and 30 minutes. The lake boasts a boat ramp and fishing jetty and is a popular location for catching bass. Casa del Calabay is ideally located for vacationers who want to take full advantage of central Florida area. Convenient for all attractions, just 15 minutes from Disney, 30 minutes from Sea World, Universal, 40 minutes from the airport and 1 1/2 hours away from both coasts.This location is also close to the new Lego Land Park opening in the fall of 2011. This villa was built in 2006 in the beautiful Calabay Parc Tower Lake gated community. This marvelously furnished villa has two master bedrooms with exits to the private screened pool and spa.There is a 3rd bedroom with a full/twin bunk bed and a 4th bedroom equipped with twin beds which share a 3rd full bathroom. The open concept lounge area has a large flat screen TV and DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped with an attractive dining area which can accommodate 8 people. Further seating is available in the den and the villa is equipped with a utility/laundry room. This villa is perfect for those relaxing moments between outings.
