The experience was generally good. There were really three things that make the property less than ideal.
1) Location. It really was a long drive from the theme parks. In particular, that run of almost 10 miles from the I4/Route 27 intersection was a pain. There were not many good places to dine in the neighbourhood. The oinly gym in the vicinity was small and not well equipped, though the staff were great.
2) The kitchen was not well equiped, The kettle even leaked.
3) The driveway is too narrow. We were warned that it was not permitted to leave a car parked on the street overnight. It was very tight to park two cards adjacent to one another on the drive. With 2 MBRs they should expect at least enough space to part two cars adjacent to one another without difficulty in exiting.
If the house were 10 miles further north it would have been a good experience. -

one of the showers facset was installed incorrectly hot was cold and cold was hot. One of my children took a cold shower.

Second yr we stayed in this house. First yr was great.This time there were cobwebs everywhere,stains on the carpert and the pool was dirty. It even had coins in the bottom and a hairball floating and water level was low enough we had to add. Was dissappointed that we received a 25.00 chrg for putting trash out to early. Kind of ridiculous, but. Would stay and again but was a little disappointed on the cleaniness this time. If you are using a cleaning service I would say you are not getting your monies worth. Would be interested in staying again around same time in 2014. Thank you for your time. The Steele Family

The rental was great with two minor exceptions. The wifi did not function and we had issues with the hot water (pilot light was out) but overall we were pleased with the house and the location.

We had a great time staying in this home. My son was in the pool from sun up to sun down. The beds were comfortable and the rest of the house felt just like home. We had a bit of a pool overheating problem but that was solved right away and I could do without the palmetto bugs but it sounds like that is life in Florida! : )

Overall it was a great experience, the furniture could use a good cleaning, had some spots, the right sink in the master bathroom was clogged and the light in the master lavatory was burned out. Some cigarette buts and bandaids found by the pool area.
A beautiful home though, very roomy. -

We loved the house and the location!! The house had everything we needed and more. This was our first time renting a home we usually stay in a hotel we go to Disney every year and we will definately be booking this house every year for our vacations now. While at Disney our kids were begging to leave and go back to the house because they wanted to swim in the pool. See you next year :)

The house was awesome. Loved everything about it.Had a couple small minor issues 1 being a lamp missing a knob to turn on an outlet in the kitchen that wasnt working. Our biggest thing was the list of places to eat or for delivery didnt know where we were or did not deliver to us. Other than that our stay was awesome. 2 families stayed full time and had our sons who were playing in the Russ-Matt Tournament stay 1 night. The boys were very impressed. The game room was a plus. The pool and hot tub were absolutely incredible. Would definately rent again. Really looking for something in the Auburndale area though with all the same features. Will be interested again same time next year.
