The community of Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club was first established in 1993, it is located approximately 8 miles south of I4 exit 55 on State Route 27. It is a community of approximately 700 homes located around the multi award winning Southern Dunes Golf Course and is approximately 20 minutes drive from Walt Disney World. As you enter the community there is a lake to the right and trees lining the roads and edging the golf course, all of which give the area a ‘country’ feelWithin the community there are 3 swimming pools, there are two tennis courts and small children’s play area with swings and slides.

Just outside the ma...in gate to the community are two large supermarkets, Winn-Dixie and Wal-Mart which will have everything you need (Food, Pharmacy, Clothes etc). Wal-Mart is open 24 hours and has a petrol (gas) station.

This lovely five bedroom, three-and-a-half bathroom is well furnished. It offers an open plan living area, dining room and kitchen. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, with an ensuite bathroom. The other bedrooms have a queen bed, full sized bed, and two other rooms each have two twin beds. There is also a sleeper sofa. The maximum sleeping occupancy is 12 people.   best holiday ever

  The holiday got off to the best of starts as soon as we walked into the villa, it far exceeded our expectation on the property. It was far more spacious than we ever expected. The main dining room was so big and well layed out, even down to the minor details of the dining table already set up with plates, cutlery and glasses, minor details as such live long in the memory of such a well and thouroughly enjoyable holiday.
  
  I would and already have told friends and family of a great holiday and made strong recommendations to go there.
  
  Being a golf fanatic the ground settings made it even more picturesque.
  
  Bearing in mind that it was a disney holiday, the villa was so good it made it all the more enjoyable to return in the evening for a dip in the pool and to wind down after a long day.
  
  Great holiday, great settings and most of all a great villa.
  
  I really wanted to write to the owners and thank them so much.
