The community of Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club was first established in 1993, it is located approximately 8 miles south of I4 exit 55 on State Route 27. The house is in very good condition and it had all the thing we needed in the kitchen. Linens were in good supply and condition.
I was very pleased with the staff starting at the very beginning when we were searching for a house. Janine was very helpful as we narrowed our choice down to one house, answering numerous emails about different houses we found and even a few she helped us find.
The power went out while we were there and Contempo was very helpful, they found out what was going on and called us back in a few minutes. Any time we contacted them either by phone or email, the response was very timely. Thank you everyone at Contempo -

Contempo run the villa - not very quick to resolve a problem with the internet/phone. Villa was well fitted, clean and perfect for our holiday. Quiet location with excellent facilities nearby.

Well appointed home in a quiet neighbourhood. Great value golf courses within easy driving distance and good shops and restaurants very close. Especially recommend Manny's for atmosphere and value for money.
