Service was excellent, employees were very enjoyable to work with and very helpful. The home is great, very clean, spacious, with everything you need away from home. We really enjoyed the location. We don't golf but beautiful scenery and very fun to watch others. Very nice community. Close to so many places to see and visit, right in the middle of Fl. We went to the west to the gulf, east to the ocean, Disney and so many places. Some days we loved just taking walks in the community and just relaxing in the sun by the pool. Very fun and relaxing time. Can't wait to go back.

The house was big enough but the beds are make of hate. Could not sleep on the eds because the are so uncomfortable. It was advertised as being 20 min. from Disney but more like 40 in good traffic. The house was hot as well could not adjustthe thermostat and the house stayed hot .

Overall I was pleased with my experience with this home. It was the first time renting a home and was perfect since we traveled with 11. There was plenty of room for the kids to play. Unfortunately the pool heat was not turned on for the first few days but I was able to get an immediate refund. Also, the housekeeping service must have left within the hour of our arrival because the towels and wash clothes were still in the dryer.
We arrived very late and while our information was in the lock box it seems that since our house used a security code for entry that information and all other documents could have been emailed. The drive was definitely out of the way.
Lastly, we had a RV and did not see on any of the information that RVs were not allowed to remain on the property. This caused us to waste quite a bit of time trying to find a secure, nearby location that had available space to park an RV. -
