The Pool Area

Our sparkling south facing, private pool benefits from the Florida sun all day long and is ideal for relaxing by after a hard day’s trek around the theme parks or a round of golf.The patio area is furnished with tables, cushioned chairs and sun loungers. We also have a 2 person standalone SPA on our lanai to help you unwind.

The Lounge

On entering our villa the first thing you’ll notice are the impressive high cathedral ceilings giving an overall feeling of space and harmony. The villas main living area is open plan and furnished in modern earthly colours.

Our lounge area has ample seating space with sumptuous sofas you sink into. An LCD TV with digital cable offers over 300 channels for your viewing including fox sports. A DVD player and a midi HIFI system within Ipod docking station is also available. Patio doors open out directly onto the pool area and are fitted with an alarm plus removable child safety bar for your piece of mind.

Kitchen Area

Our kitchen area has all the facilities you’d expect from a luxury villa - general home from home.

Adjacent to the kitchen you’ll find a fully laid breakfast table with views to the pool and patio area.

The Dining Area

Our dining area has a larger table which seats six people comfortably. Again the table is fully laid with placemats, napkins and glasses.

En-suite Master Bedroom

Our master en-suite bedroom is tastefully furnished and has a US king-size bed which you can lose yourself in. A walk in closet offers ample storage space and cable TV is installed for your viewing. Patio doors open out directly onto the pool area and again are fitted with a removable child safety bar. The en-suite bathroom features a fitted hand basin, shower and toilet. Numerous bath towels are available in the cupboard along with hair dryers, straighteners and curling tongues.

Queen-size Bedroom

Our guest room is ideal when two families are sharing and is furnished with a queen-size bedroom set plus a fitted wardrobe. Cable TV is installed for your viewing.

Main Bathroom

Our main bathroom is located between the guest bedroom and the twin rooms. There’s a fitted hand basin, toilet, bath and shower. Numerous bath towels are available in the cupboard along with hair dryers. Please note our toilets are fully sanitised between guests.

Two Twin Bedrooms

There are two twin rooms, both have a subtle Disney theme; they have built in wardrobes and are fully furnished with twin bedroom sets. Both rooms have cable TV / DVD's and one room has a Playstation 2 to keep the younger and older guests amused.

Utility Room

Our utility room has a washer, dryer, vacuum cleaner, steam mop, iron and ironing board.

Phone Calls

Aronelie Dream Villa offers FREE unlimited local, International and long distance calls.

Games Room

Our games room includes a pool table, football table and dartboard. Seating is also available for those guests who choose to watch.

Internet Access

FREE WIFI Internet access is available though you will need to bring your own laptop.

Playstation2

Playstation 2 is installed in the twin bedroom.

Baby Facilities

Additional Location Information

Southern Dunes luxurious surroundings offer beauty, peace, tranquillity and for those golfers in your group, a championship golf course. With the convenience of just a 20 minute drive to Disney attractions and shopping malls it is no wonder this community is so popular.

Situated south of Orlando on highway 27 it's an excellent base location whilst visiting Florida. Your are close enough to feel the Disney magic but far enough away to retreat from the hustle and bustle after visiting the endless park attractions and shopping malls Florida has to offer.

Additional notes from owner

Our Rates - Includes Spa heating, local taxes, utility bills and final clean on your departure.

Minimum Rental Days - There is no minimum days required
NB An additional £45 / $80 cleaning fee will be added to all bookings of less than 7 nights.

Arrival Days - We accept guests on any day of the week which could potentially cut down on you flight costs.

Booking Deposit - A booking deposit of £100 / $150 per week booked is required with the booking form and is none refundable should you cancel at a later date.

Security Deposit - A £150 / $250 security deposit is payable 10 weeks before your departure date and will be refunded within 2 weeks of your return date (minus damage costs if incurred).

Balance Payment - The outstanding balance is to be paid 10 weeks prior to your departure date. For bookings less than 10 weeks in advance, payment must be made in full, along with the security deposit.

Pool Heating - This is optional though recommended November through to April, costs are:-
£13 / $23 per day (minimum 4 days)
£85 / $150 per week

  The booking was very straight forward, the owners were very helpful. the villa was very clean inside and had everything our family needed. We loved the pool area, it was spotless and caught the sun all day - bring plenty of sunscreen. Driving to the parks was fine, the roads were fast flowing and we were in Disney parking area within 20 minutes and just under 30 minutes for Universal. We visited Florida in 2008 and the travel times was very similar when we stayed on a closer community. We had a fabulous family holiday, loved the quiet location in the evenings - we'll be back...

  This villa is perfect for a family of 4-8 - great location (not overlooked), great facilities (pool, spa, kitchen equipment, playroom) and great price. The Russell family were prompt, efficient and extremely helpful and the management company were excellent too.

  Big family vacation... my favourite holiday yet!!!

  I stayed here with my grandparents, aunt&uncle;, cousins (x2 under 10) and my boyfriend. My boyfriend loves golf so made use of the facilities and hired golf clubs - (check local papers for offers/discounts) and said that the course was beautifully maintained, challenging and a nice day out (i can't comment on the course anymore than that i'm afraid). I made use of the lovely pool at the villa and caught some rays with the adults whilst the children played in the games room, enough cannot be said for having a games room it really does keep them occupied and there is plenty to do in there.
  
  The villa is clean, has all utilities you will need, it's spacious and has a homely feel to it. The complex is friendly, a home away from home, and with a walmart next door it's very convenient for a lazy day of beers around the pool and a lunch bbq/alfresco dining.
  
  The villa is a short drive away from the main parks so if you are planning days at the parks i would recommend forward planning your days, the villa is approx. 20mins to Disney - which is a few jct's on the motorway/interstate but you avoid the traffic of staying on Idrive and the I92, however this really was not an issue for us as our holiday was varied between parks, shopping, golf, lounging around and lots of eating and drinking. Also, I personally feel it is a must to plan your Florida holiday so you can cram in as much as possible, so you won't really be in the villa all that much because you will most certainly be missing the Disney parade, the Fireworks or some other magical event that may be taking place (such as tee'ing off time or that 21oZ steak that Mannies has on offer 2 mins down the road that you must go to)
  
  I would definitely recommend staying at this Villa, the owners were very accomodating and made me feel very comfortable booking our holiday of a life time with them.
  
  You must must must come here there is definitely something for everyone!! Enjoy!!
