Your Florida retreat is a 'home away from home' Enjoy our luxurious 4 bedroom detached villa on an exclusive gated community ideally situated near hwy 27 for easy access to all the wonderful attractions Florida offers. Four bedrooms, three bathrooms, spotlessly clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. There is plenty of outside enjoyment - sundown cocktails around the private pool, eat al fresco under the covered porch or enjoy barbequing whilst the kids are happily splashing away in the pool. there are loads of TV channels on the 40" LED flatscreen TV, or you might choose to play on the Playstation 3 or enjoy our Disney video library w...ith the little ones. It's easy to grab a couple of DVD's from the red box at Walmart or Blockbuster 2 mins down the road or play your own playlists from your i pod on the CD player. FREE internet and local calls in the US or Canada. The villa can sleep 8 people comfortably and we charge by the week not per person! A MINUTES WALK DOWN THE STREET FROM THE VILLA IS TOWER LAKE, A PRETTY VISTA WITH LOTS OF PHOTO OPPORTUNITIES ESPECIALLY AT SUNSET! YOU CAN FISH IN THE LAKE (CATCH AND RELEASE) AND THERE IS A BOAT RAMP. WATCH OUT FOR THE RESIDENT GATORS!
AWARD WINNING GOLF COURSE, SOUTHERN DUNES IS LESS THAN A FIVE MINUTE DRIVE AND IS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC. DISNEY WORLD IS 30 MINUTES AWAY, UNIVERSAL STUDIOS, LEGOLAND, & LAKELAND ARE JUST A FEW OF THE ATTRACTIONS IN THE IMMEDIATE AREA. CLEARWATER BEACH IS 1 HR AWAY AS IS KENNEDY SPACE CENTRE, COCOA BEACH AND DAYTONA BEACH. THERE IS LOADS OF SHOPPING AND RESTAURANTS FROM ALDI AND SUPERWALMART 5 MINS AWAY TO MILLION DOLLAR NEW DEVELOPMENT POSNER PARK 10 MINUTES AWAY.   Stayed for one week in February. Everything was clean and met our expectations. Super communication between owner and Property management.
  Easy drive to Disney attractions. Restaurants we loved Perkins, Chillis and Freds in Winter Haven.
  Loved our stay. Would definitely recommend or come again.
  
  A few suggestions: please provide dish soap, laundry soap, coffee filters, salt and pepper and garbage bags. A vegetable peeler should be added to cutlery.A hook behind bathroom door would have been great to hang pjs/towel. Internet code should be added to your welcome binder.
