We visited FL to take my granddaughters to Disney's animal Kingdom and Legoland. This home was perfectly located between the two. It was nice to have a house with a pool, so the kids could swim at the end of the day. Also, not being crammed into a hotel room with 4 people was great. The home was very nice and clean. The pool is small, but that wasn't a problem.
One complaint, which isn't the fault of the homeowner, was being woke up at about 5:30am by what sounded like a helicopter over head. Turns out it was the lawn guys on the gulf course right behind the house. I was sleeping in the master bedroom, which is in the back of the house.
One other problem, which I brought to the attention of the propery manager, when we were visited, there were only a few wash clothes and not enough towels. We only stayed 3 nights and had to wash them to have enough clean towels and washclothes for our stay. Hopefully this has been taken care of by now.

Unfortunately on a golf course the lawns have to be tended early to have them ready for the golfers but I am sorry it disturbed you. Towels etc have been restocked since your stay you will be glad to hear.

Great place to stay. Centrally located, close to Disney and many other attractions. Only an hour away from the beach. Many things to do and places to eat. Grocery store is conveniently around the corner. House was very nice, clean and the management company responded quickly to any problems/questions. Would highly recommend. We are booking this again for next year.

We enjoyed our stay. Our son loved the pool and the two story house. It was in a great location and the Walmart at the entrance was a bonus.

Enjoyed a very nice fortnight at this villa. The area is very peaceful and secure with a rear aspect straight on to the golf course. The house was clean and well furnished, and although the pool isn't huge it was perfectly adequate for us. Nice welcome pack from the agents who were very helpful. Walmart at the entrance to the estate is very useful for groceries and petrol. The house has had new carpets, furniture and main TV since the photos were taken and there are extra TVs in 2 bedrooms.
