This five bedroom, three bathroom villa, part of the prestigious Southern Dunes Golf Resort, will be your home from home during your stay with all the amenities you’d expect from a holiday home including a few ‘extras’ to make your stay even more comfortable.

Located a short drive from Walt Disney World, Universal Orlando, Sea World, Legoland and all of Central Florida's attractions as well as being and easy drive from three international airports (Orlando, Tampa and Sanford).

The villa is built around the award winning Southern Dunes Golf and County Club, ranked #6 in Golf Digests "Best Courses in the State" of Florida.... The course is not only recognized as one of Orlando's finest golf courses, but has been nationally ranked with 4 ½ stars by Golf Digest.

As soon as you enter the villa the first thing you’ll notice is the enormous sense of space that the cathedral ceiling affords letting in lots of natural light from the Florida sunshine.

On the ground floor there is the master suite and it’s huge en suite bathroom, with a corner bath, separate shower, and walk in closet as well as an additional double bedroom with a separate shower room and WC. Both of these rooms have the added comfort of memory foam mattress toppers as well as cable television. There is also a Blu Ray player and hairdryer in the master suite and DVD player in the second double room.

The large open plan living space has a formal dining room with a large solid oak table, this room leads through to the kitchen that has everything you’d expect to find including a dishwasher, coffee maker, smoothie maker as well an oversized range and fridge. The kitchen also has it’s own informal dining area.

The main living area is a great space to relax on the squishy sofas where you can watch TV or films on the large flat screen TV and BluRay player that will also play your DVDs. There’s a sound bar to make the experience almost cinema like and a jack plug for your MP3 player or Ipod to be played through the system for superior sound quality. A recent addition to our home is a laptop and laser printer with free internet access so you can print last minute ticket purchases or restaurant coupons. It’s also possible to use your own laptop if you wish to.

Through the patio doors you’ll find the newly resurfaced pool and deck with it’s shaded lanai area. There are tables and chairs as well as sun loungers for your use. The pool really does look beautiful with it’s azure blue gleam and I think you’ll want to jump straight in! The pool also has a heater for those of you visiting during the cooler months as is pre bookable at £12 per day. The whole pool area is covered by a netted structured that lets the sun in but keeps those pesky bugs out!

Also on the ground floor is a laundry room with a large washer and dryer as well as iron and ironing board.

Upstairs and leading from the galleried landing that looks down to the lounge below there are three additional bedrooms and a bathroom. Each room has twin beds, cable television and DVD player. One of these rooms has a sports theme, which is fun for the children but not too over-whelming if you have an adult group, as well as a Play Station 2 for your use during your stay. There are also some sports themed games to play and feel free to bring your own too.

The villa is fully air conditioned and sleeps 10 people in total. Linens and towels are provided for use during your stay. Prices that we quote to you include all taxes and final cleaning charges and are for the complete villa and not per person. Southern Dunes is a fantastic gated estate close to all of Central Florida's major attractions but far enough away to feel a sense of tranquility when not visoting the theme parks and shops.

The estate is fully matured with the greens and dunes of the award winning golf course between each area of homes creating a spacious and natural environment.

Within the estate there are tennis courts, large swimming pools, children’s playgrounds, a gym and of course, the golf course and it’s clubhouse, as well as your own private, screened pool.

Also nearby are shops and restaurants including a WalMart Supercentre and the very well regarded Manny’s Chophouse is just a few moments drive away.

There are three airports to chose to fly into that are close by; Orlando International (45 mins), Tampa International (70 mins) and Sanford International (70 mins).

Taxes and cleaning fees are included in the price. The security deposit is fully refundable follwing the departure inspection if no damages are reported. Pool heating is available and pre bookable at a rate of £12 per day. This is advisable between the months of October and April.

  This house is in a great location, far away from all the hustle and bustle to be totally relaxing, but near enough to everything for when you do want the full on Orlando experience! We found this aspect really beneficial as we were doing long days in the parks and then wanted some quieter days where our boys (age 8 & 5) could chill out a bit more, ready for the next onslaught of parks!!!
  
  The area itself is very quiet and peaceful, the house has a lovely swimming pool which our kids loved. The house itself is really spacious and has a big kitchen with 2 seperate dining area's, a lovely lounge area and big comfortable bedrooms - it is all finished to a high standard and has extra modcons to make life easy while you are away from home - like printing last minute tickets.
  Having a Walmart at the end of the road is massively handy both for food and to filling up with fuel! Although we tended to buy from the Publix a bit further up the 27 as the selection of fresh stuff was lovely.
  We would definately go back to this house as it was perfect for our holiday and really added to the whole fabulous experience.

  We have stayed in many villas in Orlando and this has got to be one of our favourites! The space inside was overwhelming, so perfect for a family/ies on their dream holiday. The cleanliness and standard of amenities was outstanding, it was totally home from home! The master bedroom with huge ensuite definitely had the wow Factor! The security gate into the complex was so reassuring and being only 20 minutes from Disney was perfect, close enough to be convenient but far enough away to be a quiet haven for recharging those batteries!
  Would highly recommend this villa.
