Magical Stay is a superb 5 bed / 4 bath executive villa located in the prestigious gated development of Calabay Parc at Tower Lake. This fabulous location has something for everyone.

For big kids and small children alike, the timeless magic of Walt Disney World is just 20 minutes away to the north and the brand new Legoland is 20 minutes to the south. Keen golfers are spoilt for choice as Magical Stay is located just a few minutes away from a number of excellent golf courses including Southern Dunes which is currently ranked 6th in “Best Places to Play” in Florida. For those that prefer a slightly slower pace, the beautiful and na...tural Tower Lake is right on the doorstep and as our guests, you would have exclusive access to this well-stocked fishing and boating lake.

With almost 3,000 square feet of fabulous living accommodation, the villa is ideally suited to a large family group or two families sharing.

Outside, the pool deck area is screened to provide a bug free environment. The pool deck features a child safety screen, which can be removed for adult groups. A shaded area can also be found under the lanai. The pool has lights to provide a peaceful ambience in the evening and luxury pool furniture and toys are provided for our guests. The pool features an integral spa for further relaxation. The pool cage has also been screened with "Florida glass" to increase your privacy.

The open-plan lounge / dining area has a light airy feel due to the high ceilings and large windows. A formal dining area is the perfect place to celebrate a special occasion whilst outdoors you can dine under the lanai with the added comfort of a ceiling fan. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the gadgets, crockery, cutlery and utensils you require you need to look after the whole family’s culinary needs. There is a large oven, hob, microwave and, of course, an American size fridge.

The TV room / den is a perfect space for the kids to unwind after a day in the parks with cable tv and Playstation 2 with games. This self-contained room can also double up as a 6th bedroom.

The large ground floor master suite contains a king size bed and premium furnishings. A large walk in closet provides all the space you need. The luxury bathroom has a corner bath, two mirrored vanity areas and access to the huge walk-in shower. This master suite also connects directly to the pool deck. Also on the ground floor, a queen size suite is finished with premium quality furniture. A further king suite is on the first floor and is also furnished to the highest standard. There is plenty of closet space and an ensuite shower room. All suites are furnished with memory foam mattresses for outstanding comfort and support.

Children in your party will be charmed by the twin rooms themed as Scooby Doo and Mickey Mouse rooms. These twin rooms share the fourth bathroom.

For your entertainment, there is a 42" HD LCD TV with Sony Blu-ray player in the lounge area and cable TV is available in all rooms offering numerous channels including BBC America and some English sport. Magical Stay is also equipped with wireless broadband and an 'office' area with desktop computer, enabling you to catch up on email or view the news and weather 'back home'. A games room completes the entertainment picture so your family will be able to enjoy pool, foosball, air hockey and basketball after your day at the parks!

There is air-conditioning throughout the villa.

In the area are 24 hour supermarkets, numerous restaurants, takeaways and delivery services. The recently opened $500m Posner Park is just a short drive away for a fantastic shopping and dining experience.

For an unparallelled retail therapy experience, the area boasts some fantastic malls - Florida Mall, Orlando Premium Outlet Centre and Millenia Mall to name but a few.

Both the Atlantic and Pacific coasts are about an hour drive away. Cape Canaveral on the Atlantic coast is where you will find the famous Kennedy Space centre but Cocoa beach is well worth a visit too - miles and miles of white sand. Deep sea fishing is available off either coastline.
