Come enjoy this newly available, newly furnished & decorated one bedroom apartment near beautiful Waimea Bay. The unit has a full bath, including tub/shower, full kitchen, dining and living area.
There is high-speed internet and a new 32" Flat Screen too! The beach is down the street and around the corner (less than a 5 minute walk). The grocery store & Starbucks are also close by. Bikes, beach chairs, towels and everything else you need is here. The home is in a quiet neighborhood, so we appreciate guests that are looking for a quiet, relaxing vacation. We visited last year this time for my boyfriend's 40th birthday, and Jill's rental condo was nothing short of perfect. Clean, beautifully furnished and decorated, very comfortable-- the bed was better than most hotels! The kitchen and bathroom were well stocked, and the best part? The beach is two minutes away! Foodland right around the corner, as well as the Sharks Cove Grill. Haleiwa is less than a five minute drive away, where you'll find lots of lovely shops and restaurants. Jill even accommodated us when we decided we wanted to stay an extra day. In short, a perfect vacation and a perfect vacation spot. Thank you, Jill! We'll be booking again very soon...

Well positioned bottom floor apartment with clean linen, comfy beds, good kitchen and quiet neighbourhood. A bike ride to pipeline and sunset and a short drive to the charming haleiwa. Some beautiful things nearby including the haleiwa valley and waterfall. the bikes were very useful and fun. The only problem we had was parking, the street was always full of cars and we had to park around the corner, but this was a small price to pay for such an affordable and pleasant accommodation. We also had some prompt and friendly help from Maryanne and her husband (local contacts of owner) when needed.

I'm so happy you enjoyed your trip. Thanks for letting me know about the parking problem. There is now a dedicated parking spot for this unit (in the home's driveway). I hope you can make it back to the North Shore again soon!

Our stay here was fabulous. The rental is in an excellent location where we were able to walk to multiple beaches or take a short drive to others. Also within walking distance were several restaurants/coffee shops and a grocery store. It was fairly easy to find and very comfortable. It was large and offered everything we needed for a beach vacation, including beach gear like towels and chairs. We were very glad that we stayed on the North Shore and avoided the crowds in Honolulu and Waikiki. If you're looking for a vacation rental with a great location and excellent value, this is the place for you.

The place was just what we were after... somewhere to relax and enjoy the north shore. Perfect location and such a cosy welcoming apartment.

This house is just unbeliebable!! It's located just a walking distance from foodland, and three tables area, (waimea).
You don´t need nothing else, because the owner provide you diving equiptment and bikes and anything else you could need to go to the beach...The neighborhood is quite pleasant the only noise you hear is the silence...The side yard is perfect and beautiful with bbq and palms trees,
We spend 20 days like at home. If you go to the north shore and stay here you won´t back to your house!!
A great deal an the best bet, with no surprise...!!

We had a fabulous time while on the Northshore. The apt was more spacious than the photos show and we had all the extras for the beach even bikes. We hardly used our rental car as we could walk to the best beaches and even the grocery store was a short walk. Loved snorkeling at Shark's Cove and sitting on the beach watching the sunset. Hope to make it back soon. Thanks for sharing your lovely apt. with us.

The accommodations were as described new and quite nice. Comfy bed and bedroom stays quite cool at night despite no aC. Location was very convent to the beach nearby and only a couple minutes walk to Waimea Bay. There are a lot of beach supplies too.
Only problem which I would hope will be corrected in the description is that there is off street parking, there is none provided. In the contract it does say no parking on driveway, and don't assume there is another location provided. You have to jockey for position on the street with all the locals whom seem to have 3 to 5 cars per house, and can be very rude if you park in the wrong place. But we did always find parking on the street or the adjacent street.

Thank you for the feedback. I've updated the website. The parking is generally available on the street and always available on the adjacent street (down 2 houses). I believe July is the busiest time due to the wonderful family-friendly beach across the street.

Jill`s place is very comfortable for two persons to spend a holiday. It offers everything you need - including bikes, beach towels and snorkeling equipment.
The beach is just around the corner across the street and a supermarket, Starbucks and famous Shark´s Cove Grill in walking distance (about 7 minutes). You can even walk to famous Waimea Beach (about 10 minutes).
The garden is a quiet little place to rest in the shade - but watch the moskitos in the early evening.
For hot summer days the flat lacks air condition but for our stay it was okay with the fans.
Parking on public holidays can be a problem because the street is crowded then with cars from beach-visitors.Nearby Haleiwa is a lovely little town with all the shops you want - so relax and enjoy!
