This studio is a upstairs unit with a seperate entrance. Very spacious with a comfortable queen size bed, clean linens and towels, satellite tv, wireless internet access, use of washer and dryer, kitchen includes refridgerator, glass top stove range and kitchen utensils, everything you would need for cooking a home meal. there is a loveley bathroom with a beautiful shower. Use of outside shower, and relax on the hammok in the front yard. located in very safe neighborhood with street parking.

For a full refund, cancellation must be made five full days prior to listing's local check in time (or 3:00 PM if not specified) on the day of check in. For example, if check-in is on Friday, cancel by the previous Sunday before check in time.
If the guest cancels less than 5 days in advance, the $200 security deposit payment is non-refundable
If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are 50% refunded and Deposit will be returned within 48 hours of guest check out provided there is no damage.

My husband and I really enjoyed staying here. The studio was large and clean and comfortable and a short walk to Ted's Bakery and a beautiful north shore beach. We liked being in an apartment in a home in a neighborhood so much more than a resort or big condo. Staying here on the north shore was very low key and relaxing. Thank you!

Great location, right next to the best pastry shop on the island and walking distance to sunset beach. Only drawback was there was no place to hang out outside (except of course, the miles of beaches right across the street). I hurt my back during the visit and the owners were very helpful. I don't think you can beat it for the price.

We really enjoyed our stay at the studio in front of Sunset Beach. It was stocked with all the necessities, and the owner even left toys for our son to play with. It was really sunny, the bed was comfortable, and it was across the street from Sunset Beach, which is really beautiful. I'd stay there again and would definitely recommend it.

This cottage is walking distance from one of the most famous Beaches in the world, Sunset Beach. The best place to watch surfers, let the kids basque in the Sun, enjoy Outdoor adventures like surfing, scuba or snorkeling. Gunstock Ranch is just 15 minutes away if you want to make reservations to go horseback riding in Hawaii. Also just a short drive is the world famous Turtle Bay Golf course. This cottage is much more affordable, and so you can spend more on a fancy dinner or lunch over there. This space is very appropriate for any age and including of the more Older Travelers.
If you live in another island of Hawaii or are planning to stay away from the very noisy Waikiki, a Romantic Getaway in the North Shore is just what you want. This area is very Family friendly. -

I was here on the island for a few weeks this past winter and I needed a place to stay. Preferably on the North Shore, of course! I found this awesome rental, affordably priced and minutes from V-land and Sunset Beach not to mention any other beach surrounding the infamous North Shore of Oahu. Anddd Ted's Bakery is right down the street! Bonus!!! I am picky when it comes to where I stay. I like comfy but most importantly clean and this was definitely up to par. New tiling, airy and the kitchenette was clean and just right for what I needed. Not to mention the bathroom was amazing. The work they put into this vacation rental was fabulous! I felt like I was in a 5 star hotel in the middle of the North Shore. A major plus was the fact that the owners were so sweet. They were very accomodating and the friendliest people I've ever met. Very down to earth. I felt like I lived there for the 3 weeks that I stayed. It was sad to go but I had the most amazing time. I could go on and on.. Overall, if you are looking to rent somewhere on the North Shore, this is it! Peaceful, comfortable, great owners, clean and affordable...

An amazingly beautiful rental, lovely little piece of paradise. Walking distance to the world famous surf breaks bonzi Pipeline and Sunset beach. Very relaxing holiday, beautiful scenery ( hikes, bike rides, sand, surf & sea ) , friendly people Everything we hope Hawaii would live up to and more! Definatly a must see.
