Aloha, My Hawaiian modern studio apartment is Located at the heart of the world-famous North Shore and the mecca of surfing.

This studio is a downstairs unit with a seperate entrance. Very spacious with a comfortable Queen size sleigh bed, clean linens and towels, satellite tv, wireless internet access, use of washer and dryer, kitchen includes refridgerator, glass top stove range and kitchen utensils. The bathroom is remodeled with a beautiful tropical private outdoor shower. Relax on the hammok in the lush green garden. free street parking infront of home in a very safe neighborhood.

Just down the road is Sunset Point, the most spectacular, white-sand beach and surf break on the planet, just a 5 minute stroll. "Sunset" is the second Jewel of the Triple Crown of Surfing and home to several contests in the winter months. "Kammie Land" and "Rocky Point" and the world-famous "Backyards" is directly infront with surfing and windsurfing spots. These world-class surfing breaks are consistently rideable during the winter months (October through March), while the calm serene summers (April through September) generally provide Sunset Beach with calm, crystal-clear water for swimming, skin-diving, scuba, and kayaking.
"Mothers Beach" or "Shores" is where children can enjoy a wonderful swimming area protected by the sunset reef while tiny shore-break waves caress the clean, white-sand beach.
Thanks to the refreshing tradewinds that blow out to sea, summer temperatures rarely exceed 85 degrees F while year-round water temperatures range comfortably between 75-80 degrees F.
There is fantastic sailing, windsurfing, kite surfing, whale watching, snorkeling, shell collecting, and beachcombing on miles of expansive, white-sand beaches. Hiking, mountain biking, and equestrian trails are found in the Koolau Mountains.
Turtle Bay Resort just 15 min drive has a world famous golf course.
Bicycles (beach cruisers) are available to take a stroll on one of the most greenest and calming bike paths that starts at V-land and ends at three tables beach. Three golf courses, fabulous restaurants, entertainment, and world-class shopping in the famous town of Haleiwa are only a ten-minute drive away.

For a full refund, cancellation must be made five full days prior to listing's local check in time (or 3:00 PM if not specified) on the day of check in. For example, if check-in is on Friday, cancel by the previous Sunday before check in time.
If the guest cancels less than 5 days in advance, the $200 security deposit payment is non-refundable
If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are 50% refunded and Deposit will be returned within 48 hours of guest check out provided there is no damage.

  My boyfriend and I stayed here in December and we absolutely loved it. The room is just perfect for a couple! It is nice and clean and the outdoor shower is great! The unit also has some great bikes. The bike path is right across the street and there are many close, fun beaches to go enjoy your day at. The owners are a very friendly family. Another bonus is the bakery right next door to this location. I will recommend this studio to anyone I know. It is a treasure! :
