August Hill is located on the southeast coast of Antigua at the point of a peninsula. Its spectacular, prime location at the end of this very private residential area captures stunning panoramic views over Half Moon Bay. The powder pink sand stretches for almost a mile around a crescent shaped bay. The exhilarating Atlantic surf is restrained by a protective coral reef, where the turquoise waters are a haven for wildlife.

This extravagant property covers approximately 10,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor living space. The property offers 6 bedrooms, each with private en-suite bathrooms and spacious walk-in wardrobes. Each of the bed...rooms is hexagonal in shape, a unique and artistic design which cleverly captures and enhances the magnificent views from every angle.

The entire property covers approximately 2 acres of elevated land with 240 degree views, winding walkways and private dining and lounging areas. The infinity edged swimming pool and spacious sun terrace are surrounded by lush tropical plants and flowers with magnificent views out to sea.

August Hill has been designed and detailed to uncompromising standards and beautifully decorated with many influences of a classic Italian family style home. All luxury fixtures and fittings, appliances and tiles have been imported from a small region in Italy. The property is fully staffed with a manager, skilled cooks, kitchen porters, housemaids and an on-site groomsman. Price includes jeep, 2 housekeepers and 1 cook, also airport transfers.

Half Moon Bay beach is a quick stroll away and a short drive will take you to the historic site of Nelson’s Dockyard and Falmouth Harbour, where amenities include supermarkets, boutique shopping, quaint cafes, bars and fine dining restaurants, as well as the fully serviced marina and super yacht terminal.

Located in the Eastern Caribbean on the sea’s boundary with the Atlantic Ocean and part of the Lesser Antilles archipelago, Antigua sits roughly 17 degrees north of the equator and is mostly low lying with a warm and tropical climate that is constant throughout the year.
